Close to shops, restaurants within a few mins walk. Lovely friendly smiley staff. Would defo stay again.
Beautiful hotel. Our room was the Empire apartment which was amazing. On arrival check in was quick. Swimming pool nice size and clean sauna steam room all good too. Breakfast was ok buffet style. Would stay here again
I arrived at the hotel early and the receptionist was nice enough to let me check in right away. She was also conscientious enough to advise me of renovations happening on my floor and gave me the choice of waiting for a room on another floor. The hotel was basic, but clean. The bed was a bit hard, ...
A really good stay was marred by the stuffy room. With no ventilation and the bath exhaust not working, staying in the room was not a pleasant experience. Spoke to staff who claimed that the exhaust fan is on a timer and will turn on later. This was a lie as it never turned on
I stayed for two weeks. The hotel itself is quite nice. It's location in City Center allows you access to many different things in Glasgow, with both subway and rail lines very close to get you anywhere else in the city or Scotland you wish to go. The room was quite nice. I had the superior double. ...

Good location, easy walk to centre of town and shopping. Breakfast was ample with hot and cold items. However, not much fruit and no cheese. Missed having a fridge and a safe in the room, but made do. Everything else was terrific.

Very central Bathroom is a new experience but functional Staff very helpful Very clean Great shower
We brought our dog along and it was a great experience for us all. No hassle and very warm staff. We were able to eat dinner and breakfast with the furry one in the bar area adjacent to the main restaurant. Will definitely use again. Jonathan

Great location nice sized apartment with great views across the city. Only downside was a strange smell in the main bedroom and water not draining away that well in the shower due to the drain needing cleaned out better. Overall a great apartment and staff helpful.
Had a gig to go to at the O2 academy and with the rugby on prices were high. I had stayed here once before with friends so knew what we were getting. Will have no qualms booking here again if we are looking for a bed for the night.

Good efficient check-in. Pleasant staff, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. All provided for less than the price of a good meal. An excellent place to stay for a quick visit to Glasgow.
My room had no hot water, and the radiator was held on the wall by sticky tape. Female hairs were found all over the place. The whole floor constantly smelled of fried food. It has blinds, but they let a lot of light in. WiFi was free, though.
