"The hotel and the entire property were beautiful! Staff was very friendly and attentive. We stayed near the infinity pool with a beautiful view of the sunset. Restaurants were amazing, we ate in the Intrepid which was an excellent culinary experience! The hotel restaurant near the lobby was great for breakfast, lunch and watching soccer games or enjoying live music. We took the shuttle to the beach club which has two beautiful secluded beaches with all the amenities!!! We loved it!"

"I was extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff and management. I encountered an issue with my room because it was not as described on Expedia. When I called the front desk to explain the situation, the desk agent kindly asked me to give her a little time while she looked into it. To my surprise, instead of the desk agent calling me back, the manager personally reached out to me. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and went above and beyond to make things right by offering a complimentary room for my mother and godmother. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine concern for our experience truly exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a management team that takes such pride in ensuring their guests are satisfied. Their prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a memorable one. I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Wild Bird Cottage was a lovely place to stay for our first trip to Bermuda. Very convenient location just a few steps from multiple bus lines on the main road, quick walk to groceries, and the private access beach was great for a sunset walk to wade in the water. Gorgeous property and neighborhood, having pool access was a definite bonus, and the resident animals were a friendly sight. Comfortable bed, massive shower, well maintained, and even had a booklet with helpful hints and instructions. Hosts were kind enough to provide us with info for a great driver to take us back to the airport as well. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was beatifully decorated and the kitchennette allowed for me to prepare many of my own meals. I had a slight leak behind my toilet which was fixed very quickly after I called the Front Desk. The information sheet on local restaurants, ordering groceries and the island in general was useful and clearly presented. I appreciated the instructions on using the TV. The ferry across the Harbour allowed me to explore Hamilton without worrying about having to pay for parking (I am local and have a car), although the long break in the middle of the day was a bit frustrating. The shuttle to the Coco Reef private beach is also really useful. I found the posted rules about the pool being open til sunset and under 12's use restricted to specific hours a little strange. However, I didn't see these being strictly enforced. My room WAS far from the lobby with lots of steps and there was no help getting my luggage to the room. I am local, so perhaps if I were a foreign tourist more help would have been offered. The Aurora restaurant experience was amazing the food was tasty and well presented and staff was pleasant and attentive. I but was a bit disappointed that my birthday was not mentioned at all, other birthday staycations both local and abroad the Front Desk wishes me a happy birthday, or there's a note or something in the room acknowledging it. I also mentioned it when I checked in. Overall I was very happy with my stay at Newstead and will return as a treat to myself soon."
