Nice hotel, handy for the train & tram so quick to get to town or the airport. Have stayed before but this time a couple of minor issues - difficulty connecting to wifi & a loose shower bracket, so we knocked off 1 star.

Hotel really nice, modern, good size room with good bathroom. Few flaws that could easily be addressed: 1) the shower glass door does not seal with the shower plate since between the glass door and the plate there is 1cm gap. Due to this gap water leaks on the bathroom floor. 2) the airco doesn't cool properly. It was quite warm in the room.

Great business hotel
Great for our business trip in own. It’s close to the university and various train options into the city. Not on directly route to/from convention center but we made it work between taxi in the AM and train at night. Excellent breakfast selection. The hotel was newly renovated with comfortable room and nice lobby.

3 friends triple room
3 friends stayed in a triple room. Everything was good, check in, room size, cleanliness, bathroom. Biggest issue was the crap air con, agree with other reviews that is rubbish. It was a 27C day and it wasn’t unbearable at night but it wasn’t comfortable. Considering everything else was good I would recommend this though, and I would stay again.

COVID is having an impact on everyone. :-(
My room felt like a converted hospital room, which suggests that they failed at the conversion. The gym was closed obviously due to COVID. The bar was shut obviously due to COVID but I feel that more effort could've been made in this area. They could've easily provided a table service in the restaurant. Parking was not discounted for guests which is a first that I have experienced. Free internet speed was horrendous, I could barely maintain a video call in my room.

The room was clean and large, and the reception staff very helpful. When I checked out in the morning they let me store my bags while I walked around town for several hours. Even though it was the same guy who stowed my luggage as retrieved it for me, and mine were pretty much the only items in storage, he put the claim tickets on my items in my view, gave me my ticket stub, and then when I picked them up he checked those claim tickets again in my view to ensure no mistakes - I like that attention to detail.

Always nice to stay here. Clean comfortable room. Helpful staff but left our conference room door wide open when we left it locked to go for lunch. All our bags could have been stolen. 22€ for breakfast is completely ridiculous. Won't pay that much on principle.

Good Hotel For The Price
The staff were friendly and answered any questions we had regarding trains and etc. Only bad thing about our room was the A/C wasn’t working or it was but wasn’t getting cold but was able to open the window to get fresh cool air at night so that helped. The had the power off for repairs or something one day for about 5 hours but thankfully we were not at the hotel during that time they did warn us in advance. It was a good hotel for the price I paid at the time. Would stay again.

Modern hotel staff very helpfull. Tram and train into the city within 100metres. Aldstadt about 10min journey on tram. Only complaint breakfast wasnt included (22euros) but wasnt stated when booked.
