Good location, close to beach

Only a 15 minute walk to beach. Close to metro line 5 to airport. The hotel is very noisy due to the doors to the rooms slamming shut all the time. The hotel really needs to do something about the doors to the rooms as you could hear them slamming anywhere from 5:30 AM to 1:00 AM. Made it very difficult to get to sleep at night and sleep past 6:00 AM in the morning.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean room. Comfortable bed and enough room to practice yoga.
Cons: Tea making facilities in the room
Location: Very good pizzeria nearby: Bella Milano
Very comfortable hotel. Extremely helpfull staff. Close to the metro station and not too far from the beach (20 min walk)

Great Hotel in an Excellent Location

For my family this was great. So close to my wife's family, beach, mall, aquarium, and other great places. The place is easy to get to and parking was available in their underground garage. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations and would stay there again.

Would have been wonderful if it wasn't for furniture being dragged from the room above every morning before 9am. Who wants that when you're on holiday

great stay

Great stay and the cleaners are amazing!!! so precise and attention to detail, only sad thing was the cost of parking that was added to the Bill, should be free or discounted price. Shame we couldn't have breakfast as it's at an exstorsion price €11.20 per person. we ended up going cafe next door and paying €7 to feed 3 adults.

Everything was excellent. The only thing a bit negative is the location a bit away from the city center, but the hotel is not so far from the City of Arts and Sciences, or a subway stop, walking distance.

lobby smells damp but rooms ok but walls thin

first impressions when walking in off the street to the lobby was "what is that smell" it was like a damp basement smell maybe the aircon needed some maintainance or service. who knows No Ive booked into loads of hotels and around 20 in the last year this checkin was not up to the usual NH standard as ive stayed in many of their hotels and brands for some years I had to ask how to get to my room and even the room number and breakfast infromation then after one day the key card door to my room failed i aske for a replacement that failed to open the door (room 311) back to main desk the lady poor and much lacking in customer services huffed & puffed retured to the room with me walking at a fast pace going to show me how to open the door with her key. I said use mine you gave me so she did and it failed to work. i was given a 3rd key whi ch alos failed by day 5 ! I found the bathroom to be very good but towels a bit thin and poor overall room walls not very sound proof the chap in the next room had a musical intrement and strummed away late into the night . my booking said i should have a coffee machine but nothing doing and the desk couold not help either room was clean and breakfast staff and food available was to agood standard

Pleased with stay

Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was great. Hotel is 20mins walk to the harbour and beautiful Valencia beach, it's about a 40 minute walk to the town centre. Lovely pastry shop on the corner next to the hotel :)

Should be put out to grass

Tired old hotel without even a bar. Not what you expect from NH. If it was a horse you would put it down!!
