Nice hotel

Pros: The hotel staff were nice and very helpful in processing my checking out a day early.
Cons: Checking out a day early took three phone calls and two hours on the phone with Expedia. This was not the hotels fault.
Clean, comfortable room, that appears to have had a recent refresh. It has shutters with no drapes so you cant "black out" the room. Sliding glass door to a small balcony. Good size desk with a +/- 40" TV. The hotel grounds are nice and the facility is surrounded by a golf course. The Puente Hills regional mall is two miles south on Azusa with plenty of restaurants inside and on both sides of the 60 freeway.

Pros: room size
It is a nice looking hotel with golf club but our room was close to the elevators so we heard the elevator going up and down so no able to sleep and also there was a party which guest were very noicy

Bad Experience

First off you can't bring your own food and put it in the refrigerator. Secondly we had Room Service and we called to pick up the Plates and they didn't cone until the following day. Third off they charged me for Ballet Parking when I never used ballet parking when I was there my entire stay. Fourth off when I was trying to check out I was trying to call the front desk to ask them questions they never answered. For being such a high end Hotel they did a horrible job of attending there customer

Had a great time

Cons: Pool was nice but had a lot of ants around the tables and chairs, just needs to be checked and sprayed more often.
We had a great time. The room was very clean and the pool was a lot of fun. Definitely planning to come back.

A bit pricey

Best hotel /resort in socal

My boyfriend and I made this our go-to hotel/resort. They offer the best services, friendliest and most helpful staff, cleanest and very welcoming rooms and the nicest view of the city! Red restaurant and bar is our hang out spot. Their bartenders are awesome. They make your drink of preference with a perfect finish! It's always a good time at Pacific Palms and we will definitely keep coming back!

Nice location and close to some good places eating

Hotel is clean and spacy, and quite location with nice golf courses next to hotel, good for both leisure and business.
