Staff not attentive. Half of the order for room service was not brough to me. Impossible to get through to reception by phone. The room looked filthy with very dirty windows and curtains.

Great location especially for viewing the Christmas lights and shopping. Bond Street underground is right next door which is very convenient and easy to get around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the mattress in room 515 needed to be replaced as there is a large trench from the usage on one side of fhe bed.

Hotel is brilliantly located and convenient for Mayfair and Oxford Street. Service was indifferent. Biggest issue was the room - which was very clean, ample size and plenty of hanger space. My issue was A/C didn't work and was pushing out 25.5 degrees, so didn't sleep. Kettle also didn't work.

Disapointed about room allocation
I booked a twin room and I contacted the hotel to get the booking for a twin room(2 single beds) put in the hotels app. When i arrived I found that I was allocated a double room. I complained to the hotel reception and I was told the hotel was fully booked so they couldnt change the room. This made the stay uncomfortable. I used the chat function on hotels.com but they couldnt help either. The hotel was clean though and the staff were very nice. The location was very convenient for shops and theatres. It was very loud un the street at night until about midnight. On our last night there was an emergency evacuation of the Bond street station opposite and an alarm/announcement went off for about half an hour.

Great location but there is construction going on 6 days a week right outside the building which made staying in the room impossible after 8am. Also the rooms are quite outdated and not very user friendly, which can be a bit annoying, but still manageable (closet doors that open into each other and are always banging together, sink faucet that almost reaches the sink so can only wash one hand at a time flat, no plug in the bathroom for dryer, etc.). Also we had to leave early for an emergency back home and were still charged for the two nights (after putting up with the construction non stop for 8 days prior). It would have been helpful for the hotel to be more accommodating about this and refund us the two days given the circumstances.

This is a basic property in an excellent location. Tube stops for 3 lines, including ones that go to the airports. Selfridges and high end shopping less than 5 min walk. Lots of convenience stores and quick dining. Property was basic but clean and bathroom was quite roomy. Room itself was large enough but was a little cramped for working out in the room (no gym I think or I wasn’t told about one). 2 lifts I didn’t have to wait long for. Aside from a fantastic looking bar in the lobby (didn’t visit though), the property is tired. Old looking thermostat, hair dryer is one of those things specific for hotels that’s plugged and locked into the closet (and not very powerful). Bathroom could use an update and furniture dated. Having said all that, I don’t stay in hotels to admire the decor in the room but I guess I have psychological bias and assume it must be dirty on first impression. Thankfully the staff did an excellent job cleaning so immediately felt at ease. Absolutely would visit again. Note that there is a major construction project right next door. They only work during the day so as long as you’re out and about, shouldn’t impact your experience.

Stolen property by staff
I am completely disappointed in the staff at this hotel. I left an item behind in my room. I made several calls within minutes of leaving the hotel for the airport. It was required that I phone back as housekeeping had not been to my room yet. My item was located exactly where I left it. I was quite please and told the staff that I would send a family member to retrieve it within a few days. I was assured it would be in the housekeeping room and that my relative should phone prior to pick up so my item would be ready for her. When my family member tried to pick up my items she was treated fairly poorly. They said they did not have my item after I had been confirmed that my item was found her husband also try to come and get my item unsuccessfully I am very disappointed. I will be coming to the hotel this weekend with the police. If my item had not left the hotel and was still in the hotel, then someone from the hotel has it.

The collection hours are from 9am - 17:30pm and arriving after this timing is the reason why the item was not able to be collected yesterday. You are always welcome to come to collect this item but within the working hours of the housekeeping department, the item has not been stolen as your review states.

My room didn't come with a fridge, which I needed to story my medication, but the staff quickly arranged for one in my room. The location is excellent though there is currently construction next door.

Despite advising reception staff that we had been told by Expedia that we receive discounts once for food and drink and an upgrade if available, we were told that these were only available to Radisson members, and not Expedia members. Not what was advised on the Expedia website. Disappointing

If it's an absolute MUST for you to be in close proximity to Oxford Street and all the shops and restaurants, this hotel serves that purpose. But the rooms are small and crampy. The elevators don't always work. Housekeeping is not consistent. And stepping out of the hotel, there is no sense of safety, as you're basically almost on Oxford Street with all its chaos. For what you get, this hotel is pricey. Do not look for value here. And for what you pay, you might as well stay in one of real 5* hotels up the road.

Fantastic convenient modern hotel
Fabulous location right next to bond st tube station. There was building work going on next door but that didn’t spoil our stay as we weren’t really in the room when they were working except for the Saturday morning. If we had wanted a lie in it may of been a nuisance. We were celebrating our anniversary and were delighted to find a bottle of fizz in our room and the bed decorated. Nice touch. Room although small especially the bathroom had good modern amenities. Nic double shower. Nepresso machine, fridge, iron and board, good air conditioning and comfy bed. Lovely staff on reception. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment. Would definitely stay again.
