Beautiful hotel. The family room was very spacious with a large sitting area as well as the two double beds. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
This is the best hotel we have stayed in. Staff was professional and friendly. They made our trip to london a wonderful and memorable experience. Restaurants were great. The beds very comfortable. A 5 star rating.

Fabulous hotel where afternoon tea was first served in London. Great location, great service, and wonderful rooms. Five stars is not enough!
Tried most of the facilities. Great! The lounge is a great place to spend some time. Lunch at the bar side is super with a great ambience.
Charming experience. Modern, sleek design, with lovely breakfast and private bar for guests. Comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom. Great central location. Warm, helpful staff. Young, upscale clientele. Highly recommended!
Brilliant location, staff were very helpful and welcoming. But over all the hotel looks a bit rundown in places.
Always my first choice in London. But looking more and more like a business hotel instead of a luxury hotel. Needs a fresh look.

We come to London twice a year. We will continue to stay here. Can’t beat the location and convenience. It’s ideal for adults and business travelers. They do have larger rooms for families but haven’t seen any children in common areas. Breakfast is also convenient and hearty if you choose the option. ...

The hotel was clean and tidy, we were upgraded and the bed was luxurious, staff were very friendly. There was a problem with some electrics so the pool and gym were out of use which didn’t affect us at all as we weren’t planning on using them. The hotel is in close proximity to Oxford street for ...

The Lanesborough is undoubtedly one of the very best hotels in the world. Every aspect is exquisite - from the facility to the staff (including the personal butler). Simply can not overstate how incredible this hotel is. Pricey, but with good reason. If you’re looking for a splurge, this is it.
Hotel was clean and the staff was so friendly and obliging. I did not get a chance to eat in the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. The location is perfect - within walking distance of so many things on my agenda. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a very comfortable, modern hotel in Knightsbridge, very close to Hyde Park. It’s very clean and well appointed. The bar and restaurant are a little spare but there are plenty of eateries nearby.
The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, comfortable and the staff is superior. will recommend and return!
