Very comfortable and centrally located

Perfect location

Nicely decorated modern hotel in the perfect location for museums, restaurants and general sightseeing. The Asia de Cuba restaurant in the lobby is excellent and very innovative in their menu offerings.

Great location

Great location for Central London, with Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Soho, Piccadilly Circus all 5 minutes walk away and Oxford Street 10 minutes away. Hotel is modern, with smallish rooms and a nice Cuban style restaraunt.

EXCELLENT LOCATION - CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

Cons: PRICE??
Location: TONS OF LONDON THEATERS, TRAFALGER SQUARE, NATIONAL MUSEUM, LONDON EYE, NATIONAL THEATER, RIVER THAMES, 5 UNDERGROUND LINES, TRAIN LINES, RESTAURANTS
HOTEL IS MINIMALIST AND ROOMS ARE SMALL BY AMERICAN STANDARDS BUT IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND QUIET. THE LOCATION IS SUPERB, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE VISITING TO GO TO THE LONDON THEATER AND SEE THE SIGHTS, ITS WALKING DISTANCE TO TRAFALGER SQUARE AND NATIONAL GALLERY, RESTAURANTS AND THEATERS GALORE, LIECSTER SQUARE AND PICADILLY CIRCUS, LONDON EYE, NATIONAL THEATER, THE THAMES, THE UNDERGROUND - I COULD GO ON......IT WAS GREAT, STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL, RESTAURANT AND BAR VERY GOOD AS WELL

Nice stay but overall did not feel like a five star experience at all. Bathroom and room extras fell short- minimal extras one normally expects were no there like no toothbrushes or complete vanity sets, no ladies sanitary bags or bins, only treo tiny bottled of water complimentary. When we asked for a room tidy, only the bed was made on our return, Ice was not replaced in our ice bucket ( we even left a note). When we ordered room service twice, staff hand u the tray at the door and expect u to carry it through rather than coming in and setting it down as per any other five start hotel- both times I had things in my hands and struggled but was not helped. Bed was very comfortable and overall we had a nice stay but not sure I would return. Bar downstairs was great and front desk staff are very nice.

Great hotel in a great part of town. Upscale, boutique vibe. Friendly, helpful staff. Great rooms.

Fabulous

We’ve always wanted to stay here but price prohibited us. Got a great deal on Expedia so jumped at the chance. Hotel was everything we hoped for and more. Rooms amazing and surprisingly spacious. Pricey drinks but as a treat considered it was ok. Besides plenty of places to eat and drink in the area at more reasonable prices.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel but found it very hard to find. We phoned in the morning to see if we could book in earlier than 3pm as we had the theatre at 2.30pm and although we were told that we could the room was not ready when we arrived at 1pm. They did however hold onto our luggage for us. Only down fall was the awful smell from the bedding/quilt smelt like wood!
