It was a great stay - easy from London Paddington station and the manager at front desk was super and so helpful - great value for money and nice breakfast sorted us for day out on town - would stay again.

Although the hotel is refurbished however the space in the bedroom is tiny.Bathroom & shower area are very tiny & uncomfortable. The bed is too small.

I liked the modern clean style of the decor and rooms. The breakfast was great. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The bed was comfy and the room seemed clean. The furnishings were sparce and a bit worn but everything worked. The only downside for me was that there was no extractor fan working in the bathroom so the room and especially the bathroom smelled very fusty. Also the window didn't close fully so there was some street noise. I wear earplugs so not a big deal for me. I would stay here again as it's super convenient for Paddington station (and so Heathrow)

My single room was tiny but had everything I could possibly need. The whole place was perfectly clean and all guests were generously provided for, with a pleasant, helpful man at the entrance desk 24 hours a day. Excellent breakfast too. Delicious coffee!

I went to expedia website trying to find a better deal staying in London near the place where I could conduct my business meetings, first of all I wasn't expected that I would see and feel the best at least of comfortably stying as it looks from the review linked to this hotel , turned out to be one of my ever bad experience, the room was so thight and the bed was not even up to standred , I've slept the whole nights on a rock rather , it would have been much more comfy if I had to sleep in my car , the toilet and the shower is very small and tight , cant move around freely plus a smell of a dumb stays there as the Fan not working , the sound of toilet flushing coping from the top floor was very load as the pipes built within the wall next to the bed , I couldn't have a proper sleep as the pilows on the bed don't know what material put onnside it , kept moving my head every time, there was no chairs to set on , no iron to do the clothing, much more to talk about but I was very disappointed and shocked, very bad experience indeed , I thought I wasted my money where I could booked the same nights with other hotels with same price but beter condition .

I had the most amazing stay at Stylotel! Every staff member made me feel welcomed and all were so helpful. As a solo traveler I really appreciated this! From recommending places to eat or visit, how to navigate the tube or get to places on foot, going across the street to get a bottle opener for my cider, to having oat milk on my table in the dining room for my tea every morning before I could blink an eye! I want to thank Andreas, Roy, Eleana, Muhamed, Dean, and others at the hotel. They made my stay comfortable (fabulous mattress!) and made me feel safe.

The room is a bit small but acceptable. Overall the room is good in terms of cleanliness, facilities and location. The breakfast is basic and enough to fill up the plate. Location is great, just 3 minutes walk to Paddington station. Ones drawback is the curtain needs to be washed.

We booked a room with kitchen. The kitchen pots were quite worn out. You can still cook but did not feel good about it. There was a mistake in the checkout date. A lady knocked on our door at 12pm and asks us to check out and did not sound very nice. We told her that we were not supposed to check out on that day. The TV was old and did not have closed caption. Overall, it is average. The part that we like was the included breakfast.

Nice staff, very clean throughout and a lovely well cooked breakfast and the location was excellent. Only issue I had was my room (308) had a window that knocked throughout the night due to the wind, this needs fixing.

Great little hotel
So happily surprised. My 9th trip to London and this hotel was the best I’ve stayed at. Always travel on a budget and other hotels I’ve stayed at were fine, but this one truly gave value for money. Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options.

I chose Stylotel for its proximity to Winter Wonderland. The hotel was fine for the price, but not somewhere to go if you want a good nights sleep. The curtains were thin and you could hear the noise of the traffic all night in the front rooms. The window in our room did not fully close either which made it more noisy, but they did move us to another room when I raised the matter, albeit also at the front of the hotel so only marginally quieter. The guy on reception when we arrived was very friendly and helpful, until I raised the fact that I was vegan, whereupon he wasn’t able to confirm if they even had any plant milk options in the hotel let alone anything else to cater for vegans at breakfast time. This was despite the fact that I notified them at the point of booking that one of us was vegan and also phoned the hotel the day before we arrived. Fortunately they did have plant milk, but nothing else to take into account vegan diets. This meant that the only cooked food at breakfast that I could eat was hash browns with beans and tinned tomatoes, despite having paid the same as the other guests. They made it clear that they do not accommodate alternative diets. Definitely would not return for this reason.

I had a single bed room for two nights. The hotel and my room were very clean. The hotel is very modern in its style, exactly as shown in its photographs. I chose it for its location to Paddington Station, just a 3 minute walk. The room and its bathroom are small but so I am, so was not a problem for me. These rooms are not the usual spacious size of say a Hilton, Premier Inn or Travelodge. I liked the modern touch-panel light functionality; and in the room there as a safe, mini-fridge and hair dryer. Good size flat screen TV on wall. Help yourself to extra coffee/tea/sugar/milks from the area at reception. Breakfast offered a range for everyone. Lady working there was welcoming, smiley, polite and very helpful. The Rice Pop cereal was gluten-free, as were the hash browns (though always check as this may change). Non-dairy almond milk and soya milk available if you ask. On my second morning, the lady gave me the almond milk without the need to ask, super customer service. The breakfast food, egg and bacon were tasty. Four different juices available; ham and cheese; fruit; yoghurts; and selection of pastries (though not gluten-free). My only issue was the noise outside which seemed to be from a generator / or the air con maybe. It went on and off throughout the night, though I slept much better on the second night, so wasn't as bigger problem than the first night.
