En mi caso puedo decir que hubo un muy buen servicio de su personal. Gracias. -Las instalaciones estan en buen estado, el estacionamiento amplio aunque saturado, mi cuarto en la panta baja era amplio y limpio con un televisor grande, internet y cable; no se en que condicion esten los de el segundo piso. -No comi en el restaurante del hotel pero podran encontrar buenos restaurantes y centros comerciales muy cerca. -Esta lejos del centro para ir a pie pero en auto llegas en unos 15-20 min y puedes dejarlo en el estacionamiento subterraneo de la plaza por unos $25 pesos x hora. -La calle principal es muy transitada por lo que a veces hay mucho trafico cuidado al conducir o al caminar. -La piscina es amplia y disfrutable cuando no hay mucha gente. ***En el hotel un huesped comento que le habian robado, no supe los detalles, yo desconfie principalmente de otros huespedes mas que del personal del hotel. Cuiden sus cosas.

We had a great stay at Fiesta Inn. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The hotel, however, could benefit from some refurbishment to keep up with what other hotels are offering. For example, there are no safes or refrigerators in the rooms. That said, the beds were very comfortable. We used the restaurant several times, both à la carte and the buffet. The buffet offers a good variety, but overall, the food was just okay and nothing particularly special for the price. We found the à la carte options to be better. I also want to highlight the location, which is excellent. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, making it very convenient.
