The most valuable part is this hotel is the staff Felipe, Jose Luis and Alfredo, they are great people and very respectful and helpful

Is horrible enough? I'm disgusted. I stayed cause I couldn't get a refund. Is way overpriced. Expedia should have known about this disgusting place and should have let me known but of course once they get the money who cares right? I blame this website for everything. I will definitely never use Expedia to make any other type of reservation. This website should have some sort of compensation, I'm not kidding when I say " it was disgusting " how can they stay in business,? I don't think there's nothing else to say. I only hope that nobody else use this hotel and be force to stay cause like I said, even if you complain you won't get a refund. I blame Expedia and nobody else they should know and warn people. Was a real pleasure staying at the hotel the only thing I would change is I had to leave two days early for an emergency at work and only got reimbursed for one day

The room had a funny smell and looked very tired. Asked for 3 days in a row for room cleaning with out any luck. It's a little furthers than other hotels from major points of interest like the US consulate.

Worrest hotel I stayed at

This hotel use to be better when Radisson owe it. They don't have ice machine the water of the pool is freezing they don't have a ladder in the pool to get out. Witch is very important my dad is an old man and for him is hard to get in the pool. Also before they would take care of your vehicle they would give you a ticket so only you could take ur car out not no more. They service sucks don't plan on staying here no more

Overall a great experience, especially for the price. Pros: -Air conditioning was strong -Good Wi-Fi -A Del Rio (convenience store) and S-Mart (grocery) across the street, both open 24 hours -Free printing at the reception desk -Free water every morning -Walking distance from Las Misiones Cons: -While overall the hotel looks nice inside and outside, you can tell upon closer inspection that it's seen better days -I wish they had a "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door handle. Housekeeping kept knocking every morning and coming inside to find the room occupied. -It would be nice to have a refrigerator. -No free breakfast -No conditioner, only shampoo I've also stayed at the Real Inn next door, which is fancier. But if Casa Grande happens to be cheaper and you're looking to save money, I recommended it!
