Night out in the town

Pros: Security layout and room.
Cons: Staff check rooms for functionality of equipment as TV Remote did not work. Ironing Boards can be better.
A good hotel that provided security and flet comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel

I had a good experience, the hotel room was clean and the staff friendly, only think the room was a no smoking room and it was smelling like somebody smoked in the room before!

Pros: Room was clean and spacious
Cons: Receptionist need training and needs to know what to explain to customers when is the first time staying there. They need to give clear directions.
Location: They are OK
I was unable to sleep until the music stopped after 2 AM. We had a room too close to live noisy music. Receptionist keep us waiting for 10 minutes while trying to make copies of both sides of driver lic. and at the end it was clarified by another person that they needed only one side of the lic. I asked if was closer to move our luggage from the main lobby and they told me that will be easier from parking which was actually at the other end of the building where the room was so it was a lie. Receptionist also failed to mention that there are 2 elevators on each side of the building but they don't connect to the same areas of the building. We took the first and closest elevator to parking lot to the third floor and travel all the way to the end of aisle just to find that we won't be able to reach our room (331). Then we had to travel back all the way to elevator and first floor and then travel again in the same direction as before but on the first floor to be able to take the other elevator to be able to reach our room. They also failed to explain that you need to insert the key room into a holder in the room to activate electricity. I have to call to report lack of electricity and then they mentioned that. The TV remote control didn't work and I had to call maintenance to get it fix. The most dissatisfaction was not form the facilities or room, but for the lack of communication and attention from the reception people and because I was unable to sleep due to noise.

Room was near the parking lot and some work was being done, also the room 202 is on top of the laundry room.....can't sleep both night's employees talking very early morning and late night...the room smelled dirty when walk in, called the front desk but there weren't any rooms available...we suckered it up for 2 nights, we usually stay at this hotel every time we travel to Juarez...but this time was not good experience

Worse experience I ever had first Hotels.com has no spanish speaking cuatomer service. The hotel I booked for was for Maria Bonito for 4 nights. They called me the day of checking in that they had moved me to another hotel El Colonial that was muxh cheaper to stay. I had booked this room over 2 weeks in advance for $192.00. Then to be relocated to a much cheaper hotel. The bed was old and very uncomfortable. I notice roaches in the restroom the first night. The bed was very old and it was very hard to sleep in. The people were nice but. I was treated respectively with the service of hotels.com customwr service he endwd hanging up on me on 11/10. Please have more Spanish-speaking people. I will never use hotels.com ever. Terrible customer service in your part. I would like a credit back to my credit card. I visit Mexico often but i will never use your service again.

the front desk very rude, the pool very dirty, etc

the elevator was not working , the pool was dirty, the front desk people very rude, etc. the room was very clean, the service on the restaurant excelent. I know the services can be change it, I hope they can perform the negative things, because its a beautiful colonial hotel.
