Staff Sucks Zero Help

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: The food around the area was good. The area its self is a bit scetchy
I would not reccomned this Hotel for pleasure this is should only be used to go to bed. Staff can care less and knows why you are there so they traet you as that. Everyting I asked for I was told NO. I would only reccomend for buisness.

Definitely would recommend people to stay at this hotel.. Really close to the American Consulate and to other eating places... Would definitely stay here again..

Location: They must compete with the prices aound The conquiatdor inn is better
Dissapointed because they charge for 2 more adults when I talked to them before bthe the reservation ak about that

Agradable estancia, aunque no cumplieron con las especificaciones del cuarto, por ejemplo mi reservación. Era para una cama queen y me dieron una matrimonial, independientemente de eso todo fue excelente

Great hotel close to everything to the u.s. consul

Me and my husband stayed here for the u.s consulate interview everything was close by and they even offer to take you to get your stuff done. The whole staff was very friendly we had no complaints its worth the money.

hotel conveniente cerca del consulado

Pros: la hubicasion
Cons: servicio de limpieza y el desayuno
Location: mall, puedes ir a los restaurants de los alrrededores
mi estadia en este hotel, fue muy conveniente por el hecho de hestar cerca de los lugares a los cuales tenia que ir. una de las cosa que no me gusto es que sirven lo kismo todos los dias en el desayuno complementario.

Good to stay because its close to the places

Need to inprove on the televisions and bedding. But staff are very welcoming and nice, there for everything we needed! And safe!

Disappointing experience

Cons: The rooms need to be renovated,
Location: I had an appointment at the American Consulate and that was convenient, otherwise I did not venture out to other locations.
I was totally disappointed with the hotel amenities or lack of I should say, the beds were hard and the sheets did not look clean, the pillows smelled bad, the phone was missing the face so you couldn't dial the front desk, the alarm clock was old and broken. The only good thing that I can say the staff were very polite and helpful that includes the front desk and bellboys to housekeeping.
