Worst experience ever

Arriving at the Real Inn was not the best experience since they did not have our rooms ready when I booked since the beginning of July. Next we go up to our rooms and it was HOT! We turned on the AC and apparently the "ac doesn't work on that side since the sun hits it all day" I was told. There isn't any windows to open so I asked to be switched to a different room and I was but the next room had the same issue. I was told to give it about 20 minutes and it would turn on.. Never heard of a hotel telling me to wait 20 minutes for the ac to work which i thought was odd. After unpacking and getting ready to bed I took a shower and it was decently clean. I get into bed and the sheets were super itchy with stains so I called the front desk and was told someone would be up. They came to change the sheets and said that the cleaning staff have been short so sometimes they would miss rooms. I was disgusted because the sheets they put on after the complaint were not better then the last. I immediately called the front desk and was told my issue would be resolved the next day. After a long night the next day I was given the run around about all the things that were wrong and was told I couldn't receive a credit nor refund so if i wanted to stay I could or look somewhere else. Horrible management at this location and service. I do not recommend it unless you want to be disappointed for what you paid for.
