This was outside the city center so it was relaxing while still being a quick 10-ish minute walk to the metro to get to anywhere in Madrid. The staff were very friendly and even got a taxi ready for us for our departure. Would recommend and stay again.

Advertised as 4 star but feels like 3 star. Dated furniture/tv. Nice area with a few restaurant options nearby. Great staff. Clean but small rooms. Didn't see resuaurant/bar or have iron in room. Suggest other option.

Excellent Restaurant
The hotel is very comfortable, we had a great stay. The best was definitely the restaurant, we will return here to eat even if not staying at the hotel. The staff was very tentative. Totally recommend!

Nice clean hotel centrally located. Traveling to USA from Spain after being here since January. The staff were very friendly and accommodated my request. I will return here next time in Madrid and stay longer.

GREAT CHARACTERFUL HOTEL

A different style of hotel
This was the best hotel I've stayed at. When I saw it on Expedia and managed to book it I was so thrilled. Arriving at the hotel, seeing the lobby, the stairwells, the room and everything else made me smile. The room was lovely. There's antique furniture and parquet flooring. The bed was fairly comfortable. The A.C. was very effective. The bathroom was nice. The selection of toiletries was great. There was even a shoe shine sponge which really worked. They put a Lindt chocolate on the pillow every day! The food in the restaurant was great. They give you little extras which end up being too much to eat. Lovely though. It's fine dining and costs quite a bit. The waiting staff made me feel a bit uncomfortable though. They kept talking about me. Maybe they weren't used to Indians.

This hotel was a welcome treat for our final stop on our vacation in Spain. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was so clean and lovely. And the staff were great. I'd definitely stay there again!

This hotel is like a boutique hotel. The hotel has a lot of character. Real Spanish style! Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean...a great experience all around!

Cute Hotel away from the city center
We lived in the hotel for 2 days during our stay in Madrid.The staff made all efforts to make it an enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood away from the city center,but with reliable access via bus and taxis.

A wonderful hotel in a residential area of Madrid. The hotel staff are excellent and always happy to assist. Best way to get to the city centre is by bus with does not take long. So quiet at night even with the window open. Food was fabulous and the service exceptional.

A beautiful hotel inside and out with a fantastic room and bathroom. The staff were exceptionally helpful when we lost our mobile phone in helping to try to locate it (taxi driver found it and returned it to us) and phoning taxi companies etc. No problem with our 2 dogs who were welcome. Overall a fantastic stay and only wish we had been there longer to enjoy. Can highly recommend staying here and luxurious base for visiting Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu football stadium (can also recommend the tour).
