To begin, you have to sign in on an ipad. Its very impersonal and locks up. Then the room is very outdated. From floors, paint, fixtures and doors.

Reservé dos habitaciones matrimoniales y me dieron dos twin. El internet es pésimo y mi teléfono del cuarto no funciona. No creo que valga USD 80 la noche y tampoco refleja la imagen que uno tiene de Grupo Posadas.

This is an old Hotel. It’s clean, but very basic. Next time I will stay in holiday inn next to fiesta inn. I mean, there isn’t many choices to choose in Ciudad Obregón .

Housekeeping failed us in terms of lack of hand towels, face towels, coffee and no hair dryer. I had to ask for these things many times. Hairdryer never came.

Easy and quick check in. My reservation dropped almost immediately and i was in my room in a mater of minutes.

Very nice hotel. No breakfast included. Had a restaurant on-site but it was very expensive. Taco Taco is a great place to eat. The Pemex gas station 2 blocks down the street on C. Cajeme tried to scam us by saying our credit card wouldn't go through on their machine. We think he just wanted to get us flustered so we wouldn't notice he was charging 200 more pesos than what was showing on the gas pump. Once we pointed out the discrepancy things went as they should.
