Wonderful stay here. Staff was amazing and hotel was very nice. One caution, if you use their parking garage, the smaller your car the better.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Ciudad Real!
This hotel is very nice, clean and centrally located less than a block from Plaza Mayor on a pedestrian shopping street (H&M, Zara, etc.) They do have parking, but it’s the elevator type and our Mazda CX-30 was too large to drive in. We only had 2 minor complaints/suggestions regarding space and design logistics, none on service or breakfast food. First: In the dining room, the coffee machine is poorly located making access (especially during Covid) very awkward. Second: The bidet in our bathroom took precious space away from the toilet space. Maybe time to remove in next renovation? Otherwise, very nice central hotel!

We booked the hotel for 1 night just to have a good shower and sleep. and when we arrived there was no water for 3 hours. very frustrating. overall it was ok. but pretty basic. what was annoying - the smoke detector was right above the bed in the room and kept turning red every 15 second so we didnt sleep well

Convenient and Comfortable
This was just an overnight stopover, and as such the accommodation was more than adequate: plenty of space in the bathroom for laying out personal items, big, comfortable beds with fresh clean linen, a spacious and airy room. Covid 19 precautions taekn very seriously, and a nice touch was a complimentary pack of masks and tube of hand sanitiser in the room. Very convenient location just off the Plaza Mayor. Due to a misunderstanding, probably due to 2 layers of masks and a screen , we copped a parking ticket just up the road from the hotel, so make sure to check on the parking arrangements before getting settled into your room....

Convenient
Nice hotel with breakfast included in the price. Rather impersonal though with conference rooms on 7th floor being the only public spaces. No bar or lounge but it is right in the centre of Ciudad Real and lots of cafes and restaurants only a short distance. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful as were the staff in the breakfast room. The bed was one of the best I have slept in but the room was dull with window up high and facing a brick wall.

Beware restricted access!
On arrival in Ciudad Real we set the sat nav for the hotel. Oh! Oh! beware restricted access! the hotel is in the middle of the city in a maze of narrow busy streets and is situated on a pedestrianized street. OK if arriving by taxi (possibly) but not if driving. After 15 minutes trying to find somewhere to park we left and found a really nice hotel up a hill in Montorro near Cordoba.

It was relaxing. Staff very helpful. Parking underground since there is no parking on street that's easy. The parking underground is fantastic at hotel. The hotel is nice, nothing over the top. Worth the money. The town has a lot of restaurants. Other than that, it's not a tourist destination. It's a relaxing town, just to take a break from the big cities.

Convenient Stay in City Center
The stay was quite fine, but the hotel charged me 53 euros to do a small amount of my laundry. I believe this is an exhorbitant price especially when the prices for doing laundry are not posted. They give you a price list for "LAUNDRY AND IRONING" but no prices for simply "LAUNDRY" although it has a box to check on the laundry bag for "LAUNDRY ONLY", That is a bizarre thing for them to subject customers to. So that is what I will complain about so that I can receive a refund of my 53 euros,

Perfectly adequate hotel right in the town centre.
The hotel was fine, adequate, well-placed for our needs. The room was okay, and good value for money, but fairly basic (no view, only one chair, etc.). You get what you pay for, so no major complaints on that score. Parking could be a bit of a problem.

15 mins walk to uclm. At historical center
100m from Mercadona which is a medium size grocery store with good prices and variety of fruits, some local restaurants and bars are proximal. It does NOT have gym or any recreational facility. VERY limited Chanel lineup, 6 local channels, Bloomberg and other business networks are only English channels, rest is Spanish.

Very Central location and with an underground secure car park at a reasonable price {not suitable for cars with a top box due to lift height}. The hotel is of good quality and is a comfortable place to stay. Would stay there again.

Car lift - another first for me!!
Finding the hotel took about 30 minutes - it was in a pedestrian precinct. Would not have found it had we not asked a policeman standing at the end of the street. Then the fun began. To get to the underground parking we had to go down in a ¨car-lift¨, which was not good. The buttons had no illumination and we must have been in there about 10 minutes. Coming out was almost as bad. Space was so tight, it was necessary to reverse into the ¨car-lift¨. Never again!! No facilities in the hotel, but the breakfast was excellent.

Very welcoming and friendly hotel
I had a room next to the lift (somebody has to) and it was noisy but bearable. The shower cubicle (no bath) was of bad design, to use it normally would flood the room, making the floor very slippery and dangerous. The shower head faced the shower curtain which was not big enough for the job. Putting the shower head on one of the side walls would probably fix the problem. I would've appreciated spare blankets in the room, as I was very cold at night. The reception team went the extra mile to find out train times for a trip I wanted to do; they were brilliant. The cleaning team did an excellent job keeping my room fresh and clean.

The hotel location was terrific - a block from the main plaza. There's a very convenient loop bus system that makes getting to/from the train station a snap. If you are driving a car and need to park at the hotel, brace yourself!! You drive down car-free walkway and you enter the tiny garage by driving into a tiny car elevator. We sent my partner ahead to scope things out and thankfully there weren't other cars in the garage. Made for an adventure!

Convenient central location
Downside of central location means not easy to find. It is at the end of a pedestrianised street. Hotel parking was full when we checked in at 5pm. Therefore back into car and 10 minute one way system drive to public car park. This was only 100 yards from hotel, so quite handy, but you drive a long way to reach it. Public car park 15 euros per night.

Ubicación excelente pero escasos servicios
Muy buena ubicación. Habitaciones mal insonorizadas. Se escucha a los de las habitaciones adyacentes como si estuvieran en la tuya propia. El agua de la ducha cambia radicalmente de temperatura cada pocos segundos. No hay opción de comer nada en el hotel.
