From outside the hotel looks like a very small and dated hotel in the middle of a residential neighborhood. But once you enter it is amazing. The reception is in the older part of the building while the rooms, restaurant and spa are in a completely différent and modern building. Rooms are ultra modern and comfortable. Spa is okay: staff is friendly and means well but the configuration does not allow for relaxation. You can hear guests in the hydrotherapy room while you get a massage. But other than that it is a great hotel, highly r commend it.

This hotel was amazing! The lobby was traditional Spanish and so cute! The area our room was in was modern and had gorgeous art everywhere. The room was ultra modern with a black out shade by the press if a button. I hsd been on the go for seven days straight thru Ireland and Spain, so to relax in luxury was wonderful.

Great clean and very modern hotel
Very modern room in a classical-looking hotel. We spent only a night, so practically only used shower, slept and had breakfast. In all aspects we could examine - this hotel is spotless. We had a very spacious room and we could relax and sleep well, which was the most important thing for us. We checked-in after 1am (after coordinating with the hotel), and we were welcomed in the best imaginable way, including a full tour of the room features etc. Also - had the best bacon and eggs EVER. Recommended!

Excellent hotel, flawless service!
Sara, who was working at the front desk when I arrived, was definitely one of the most helpful receptionists I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She provided me with maps of the city and recommendations of places to have dinner and drinks before the show I was going to see. She even helped me arrange transportation for my departure the following day. The hotel is conveniently located just about 5 minutes walking from the Plaza Mayor and theaters. It's a precious property, adorned with beautiful, modern decorations. The room was immaculately clean and breathtakingly beautiful! Bed was very comfortable. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Convenient hotel on our tour.
We were ver y happy to open the traditional street door and step into an incredible blend of new hotel and aged grand interior. The staff were wonderful and the stay was unexpectedly enjoyable.

A really pleasant stay
The hotel is an interesting mix of ancient and modern. Our room was modern and very comfortable. My husband said the shower he took was the best shower ever. The staff was helpful and kind and one of them accompanied us to our room when we checked in to show us around the room and demonstrate how to use some of the bells and whistles (blinds, light switches, shower). The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is the kind of hotel where you wish you could spend more time. We look forward to our next visit.

Sitio acogedor, rústico y a la vez moderno. Spa pequeño pero con todo lo que necesitas. Estuvimos 2 parejas y fenomenal. El personal muy amable y servicial. No es céntrico, pero está a menos de cinco minutos de la plaza mayor. Casi mejor por ruidos Muy recomendable.... El personal muy amable

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. El hotel armoniza sutilmente el estilo clásico y original de la casa típica manchega con un estilo totalmente modernista e innovador. La atención y servicio de todo el personal ha sido excelente, donde se respira el mimo y cuidado de cada uno de ellos. Está perfectamente ubicado a tan sólo unos minutos a pie del centro. Tiene Spa y un jardín minimalista interior con tres fuentes donde relajarse y desconectar de todo.

Es un hotel céntrico, muy conveniente para visitar el centro urbano. Las habitaciones son nueva y muy modernas, tal vez demasiado…para aprender a gestionar el sistema de iluminación necesita estar un par de días… Desayuno mejorable.

La experiencia es de lujo en cada detalle desde la propia reserva y como se preocupan por ti. Los detalles al llegar son totales. La habitación con el jacuzzi dentro es para no salir en Almagro 🙂. Los masajes de 10.. Para repetir en una y mil escapadas.

Primero indicarle que nosotros no le cambiamos de habitación, usted reservó una doble Superior Deluxe, y en el momento de reservar la única disponible era nuestra Doble Superior Deluxe de la zona rústica del hotel. Por lo tanto le dimos una habitación de la categoría contratada. Le enviamos un mensaje a través de Expedia (Hoteles.com) para indicarle que la Deluxe asignada era la Rústica, pero no se si llegaron a notificárselo. Desayuno,bollería seca, como del día anterior.el colchón latex 100x100 peso 110 kilos me undia, no podia dormir, se recomienda para gente mayor ( 60 años y mas) colchones semi duros y si tienen problemas de espalda colchones rígidos . Un hotel nuevo, encantador, buen diseño gente amable silencioso hotel y entorno como un convento,recomendable si solucionan los dos problemas

Buena opción en Almagro
Nosotros nos alojamos en la parte antigua y como tal, más bonita y acogedora que la parte nueva aunque como tal, también quizá se echa en falta alguna pequeña revisión/actualización, sin que esto desmerezca la habitación en absoluto. Cuando repitamos, que lo haremos, probaremos en la zona nueva para comparar.

Perfecto para escaparse pero algo ruidoso
El hotel es muy bonito y la atención es estupenda. El único pero, por poner alguno es que tanto las habitaciones como las cabinas de masajes están muy mal insonorizadas y se oye todo, lo que impide un 100% de relajación que es lo que se busca en un hotel con opciones de spa / relax.
