Don't waste your time

Not great service in the dining room. extremely slow. Very limited menu. carpet was filthy in the room. I've stayed there since it opened in 2003. Never again.

Useless keys

the hotel is nice but it could do with some maintenance. I had problems with the room key from day 1. The parking lot access is operated with the same key and during my whole stay I was able to make it work just about 3 or 4 times after wiggling the key in the slot repeatedly. Same goes for the elevators. The problem got worse to a point the elevator no longer worked with my key. Changed the key and the problem persisted. The air conditioner works fine, but it's too noisy for what you would expect from such a nice hotel. Also keep in mind that the parking lot has an additional cost. At $6 USD a day it's not outrageously expensive, but definitely not expected.

My stay was good for the price didn't spend much time in the room because of being busy out, but I will stay again.

Pros: I like the hotel's ambiance.
Location: The location is perfect and very convenient.

Great Hotel

Pros: The hotel was modern and clean. The casino is currently undergoing renovations. Taxis are always available and reasonably priced.
Location: The hotel is located next to a large mall complex. There are many choices of restaurants, but I prefer the restaurant located on the 5th floor.
Hotel staff was awesome. Received a free drink voucher during check-in. I was allowed to check in before the customary 3 pm check-in time.
