My room stinks like an old man! The sink doesn’t drain properly! They need to fix the shower heads and the tub is not looking very good!! Also there wasn’t any USB plugs!

Expedia showed a rating that is much higher than it should be. The small room smelled like mildew and cheap air deodorizer. My allergies were so bad, I didn't even stay the final night. I also think the property is being used to house the unhoused. This looked like a semi-permanent residence for quite a few people who simply hung around and smoked and looked at clouds. This scenario matched neither the price nor the rating. I moved into a luxury boutique hotel downtown portland for the same price. I feel like I was conned.

On a day of freezing rain and extremely cold day, the staff did not bother to make sure that area around the entrance was safe for arriving guests. This area was very slippery and I almost fell because of extremely slippery conditions! The young uber driver had the presence of mind to use his woolen blanket as a sheet to walk on to reach the front desk area. He then took the bucket with salt and spread it around the main entrance so that other guests may not fall and break their bones, or sustain head injury! When I pointed out these hazards to the young staff member at the check in desk, she said : “Oh, it was too windy for me to spread the salt!”. Safety of guests should be number 1 priority of any hotel. This hotel failed in that area!

The staff was very attentive to our needs, the continental breakfast was better than expected and we liked the location as it was close to everything that we wanted to do. The room was clean and beds comfortable.

The tub had dirt ring in it and floor by bed had a brown 4x4”dirt spot. At least I hope it was dirt. Felt like I would not want to walk on carpet in bare feet.( so I didn’t. The sheets had holes in them. The cleaning person knocked on my door twice when I had a do not disturb sign out. The continental breakfast was good and that room was very clean. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not complain at the motel.

The bed was comfortable. The TV had lots of channels. Breakfast was satisfactory, but I could have done without the ANTS IN THE BATHROOM AND THE SLOPING LOBBY FLOOR. Very dingy and dark. No clock in room.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and that what I really judge on. Good options for breakfast. The only thing that I was unhappy about was the ice machine was right outside of my room and about 3am someone got ice and it was very loud could hear it in the room and woke me up

Quiet hotel despite being so easily accessible from the freeway. Very clean and neat. Very convenient to the Kaiser Hospital via sidewalks. 6 minute actual walking plus a few minutes wait to cross at the controlled intersection. Many restaurants within easy walking: Starbucks, McMenamins, Baja Fresh, Wing Stop. Cup o' Tea is an amazing tea shop. Nothing Bundt Cakes: Delicious and lovely thank you gifts for hospital caregivers. Easy to bring outside food to hospital patients as their diets allow. I'll stay here again when visiting the hospital. Target store also accessible walking about 15 minutes with controlled intersections. Very friendly team-members at the hotel front desk.

The place was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable, everything clean, breakfast okay as far as a hotel breakfast goes. Walking distance from Kaiser Permanente hospital which is what we needed.

Great Location right next to 205
Location was perfect We were there to see the house we had just bought sight unseen. Our Grandson is going to live in it and his girl friend of 9 yrs. They looked at several houses we had picked and after final decision we knew we had to be there for appliances being delivered and blinds installed. The hotel was right next to Home Depot and Clackamas shopping center and Promenade So much nearby and we could walk to one of our favorite restaurants. Great Location!!!
