I will not go again to this hotel.

Pros: I found a pot to plug my truck.
Location: Good location close to HWY's
Not comfortable bed and the heating unit is too load. and the carpet is dirty at the edges. bathroom not that clean. as a good complement it should be at least 2 bottle of water in the room. If some one paid $150 for one night I thing he deserve that. the breakfast wasn't ready buy 6 am. It should be ready by 5 as they know most of there customers leave early in the morning.

I am so sorry to hear that you found our Internet to be slow, we just had an upgrade to our Wi-Fi last year and have not had any complaints since. Room was clean and comfortable but had booked non smoking and all they had was smoking. Thankfully I had my essential oil diffuser with me and my purify air oil. Usually carry it as am sensitive to smells. Especially smoke

The room was not clean

There were clear signs of the prior occupant...food sitting on the counter. In fairness Expedia booked it even though it was prebooked..

Had a nice stay. The location caters to blue collar workers which was great for me.

Nice hotel central to sexsmith and Grande prairie

Great Hotel

Hotel is very nice and quiet. Location is just north of Grande Prairie so it's a ways from local shopping etc. Hit breakfast was good, and Wed night is customer appreciation night with free beer and pizza. We ld definitely recommend it.

The staff were great and he room was good. The only issue I have is when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they did not have my reservation from Hotels.com. They called Hotels.com and for some reason my confirmation was not sent to them. I was unable to get the room I had reserved but the gals at the hotel were kind enough to give me a different room for the same price as the one I had reserved. I'm not sure I will use Hotels.com services again.
