Clean but wildly inconvenient in almost every way.

Location: Far away from everything
Staff were nice, room was clean but everything seemed hard to accomplish. In order to get free breakfast you had to go to the front desk every morning to get a voucher. Which meant I had to go back up to the room everymorning to bring the others there's before leaving in a hurry to get to meetings on time. God forbid they predate/prename them. Also add travel time to everything. A lot of travel time

Good Afternoon, I am glad to hear that you found the room clean and the staff to be friendly. In regards to the breakfast vouchers in the morning I am not sure why you were not told that everyone can come and get their own breakfast vouchers, you do not have to get everyone's breakfast vouchers at one time. Many of our guests will come and get their breakfast voucher and then their accompanying guests will come get their breakfast vouchers later, that is perfectly fine, I will address this issue with the staff. Unfortunately we do not predate and give out vouchers as we do not own the restaurant and we do need to keep track of the vouchers to pay for them. As for travelling time I do understand that we are on the far side of the city and it does add travel time, we do have sister hotels that are in the city that we could recommend or book you at in the future for you. Wont Go Back

The room was clean enough, but the hallways smelled like people had been smoking in them, some low class and sketchy people using the facilities, they lock the doors at night to protect clientele, which tells you how bad the crime is. My main complaint was with management. Due to work I overstated the check out time by three hours. They insisted on charging me an extra day at the maximum amount they possibly could. Refused to make an arrangement for half of the extra charge if I came back another time. They wanted me to book it right then, but I was not sure of my return trip. All in all, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll never go back.

Good Afternoon Bruce, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy about your stay, general practice at any hotel is to charge for anything later then 1pm checkout. We do lock our doors at night not only for the safety of our guests but it is also for the safety for our staff, we do find that a lot of our guests do appreciate this. I will talk to my front desk staff at better practices to charging guests on late checkouts and would be happy to look at your stay if you would like to give me a call at the hotel. Comfy bed clean room

The bed and pillows were high- end which gave a great sleep

Paige was extremely friendly and helpful. Great experience definitely will return. The complimentary breakfast is a bonus!

Good value for Grand Prairie- would recommend.

Stay was good. Room clean quiet and comfortable. A good value for Grande Prairie. Pluses- Room is value priced. Keurig coffee machine. Room is a small suite with its own bed room. Minuses- Plastic drinking cups. Hotel Restaurant is a Husky truck stop.

Quiet, great location

I needed a quiet hotel as a point to travel to and from a funeral in Dawson Creek. It was perfect.

Hotel was great. Only problem was they wanted an $800 hold on credit card for a 4 night stay. I thought that was a little extreme. Other than that everything was great.
