The proximity to Shannon Airport was great. My wife and I walk to the airport in less then 2min. This is not your typical airport hotel. I could see staying at this property for an extended visit. I truly give it a 5 star rating.

Only place to stay close to airport. It’s just a short walk across a parking lot to the terminal. The rooms are a bit worn but clean. The dining was very good. The bar area around the real fireplace was a very cozy spot to eat. Wait staff and bartender were attentive and accommodating. A good value.

My room was always cold. Bar prices very high for food and drink. Menu quite limited but good. Breakfast choices good but (understandably) breakfast room full of kids as this is a hotel being used to house Ukrainian refugees.

A good airport hotel
As an airport hotel it was fine. It is easy walking distance from the terminal building, though not quite so easy if you are of limited mobility. The rooms are rather basic but okay and spacious. It is not cheap but definitely convenient.

Basically a good hotel in a convenient location, with helpful friendly staff. Rooms are fine and food is good. Its unfortunate that it currently has a large number of migrants being housed there with lots of noisy children running around. The hotel public areas are nice, but feels more like a "camp" with the migrants.

It was perfect for me at my age that after getting off 5am flight from NYC to find a place where I could have breakfast n check in when ready. Staff friendly and efficient...food good and bed comfy..

Very clean, well maintained, super friendly staff. Enjoyed the one night stay. I limited the review to four stars only because the day was unusually hot and humid, air conditioning was not installed (common), and I’m a spoiled American who wanted to cool off

Extremely convenient to the airport, just a short walk through the designated walking path through the parking lot. All staff i had contact with were very personable and helpful. They all asked if there was anything additional that I needed. The food in the dining room was very good. I will certainly stay there again if traveling that way.
