Unique experience
Beautiful experience. The service is excellent, the Hitel is situated in a beautiful surrounding. Breakfast was included and had great choices . The pub in the Inn had great food and drink choices. The only thing that can be improved is the carpet . Very old carpeting. If that was updated , this place would be 5+star for me in all ways . However it is a place I would love to rebook . The staff are amazing. Always willing to help with a smile .

Great place to stay
It was my first visit to Ireland and chose this place due to the distance from where I needed to visit. Beautiful surroundings and very family friendly. Staff are friendly and always available to help. Carpets are a little outdated , but the facilities are great. My little niece enjoyed the play area especially. I would definitely want to stay here on my next visit as well.

Stay was convenient and rooms large and cleanly. No elevators to take luggage but bell hop was helpful. Lots of amenities like gym and pool but didn’t use

The common area was disgustingly dirty. Stains on carpet as well as dirt that could easily be vacuumed. The room was nice except for the view

Comfortable and Clean
This is a nice hotel in a lovely quiet location. The room was very comfortable and clean. I wasn't too impressed by the menu choice in the bar, plus we had to make reservations. We paid in advance for our breakfast the following morning only to learn that breakfast didn't start until 7.00am. Our taxi for the airport was picking us up at 6.30am. No compensation offered. I did feel that $248 per night was a little steep.

Room was fine, but the place really could use a refresh in certain areas. Also the doors to the rooms really bang closed very fast and its very loud all along the corridor, could put some springs on the doors to slow them down. Woke my kids a couple of times

A great place for an overnight, and golf too!
The facility is first-rate and very child-friendly (though I was not traveling with a child). The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 was that it had surprisingly spotty wifi that didn't always work in my room (though it worked in the lobby and the bar). It was like 1994-quality internet. But the staff were very helpful and everything was resolved. And dinner was delicious!

The hotel staff did not let us know that we cannot use the swimming pool between 1pm -2 pm, because that ti.e is allocated for the memberships only. The guy who told us to live the swimming pool did not apologized for the inconvenience created, just told us in a rude way we must to live. This was very disappointing for us.
