Good hotel near Cook Forest

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Pet friendly, clean room, close to my destination
I was making a day trip to Cook Forest and I had my dog with me this time. The room was clean and there was a $10 fee for bringing my dog. Loved the continental breakfast in the morning and the bed was comfortable..

Clean, safe older hotel on I 80.

The hotel shows its age in spots, but the beds are clean and comfortable. The rates are comparable to the cheapest hotels at the exit from the interstate and the hotel is much nicer than the two bargain hotels.

Clean and comfortable

I stopped at this hotel for one night. The check-in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. Fast food restaurants are only a minute away (across the highway) and an Applebee's is by the hotel for a quick dinner.

It was a pleasant motel with an on-site restaurant and an AppleBees within easy walking distance, no streets to cross.

Clean, cheap hotel good for sleeping only.

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Expedia advertises an outdoor pool but it wasn't open and probably hasn't been for years. It is an older hotel but it was very clean with comfortable beds and is good for a place to sleep. They should also post a sign that pets are not allowed in the eating area at breakfast though no intelligent adult should need to be told that dogs shouldn't be sitting at the breakfast table.
