“The property was very dusty with dead bugs laying around. It seemed like no one has stayed in this trailer home. ”

“Clean cabin, friendly staff, great food and service at the restaurant, was very disappointed that I didn’t know the hot tub wasn’t available because that was the main reason I booked at that location. Also I was under the impression that there would be towels and wash cloths available for use in the cabin. So overall I was disappointed. ”

“Went to the Dells for a short vacation and loved this location. Walking distance to downtown and all the activities that we wanted to do, and far enough of a walk where after a night of drinking, gave a relaxing walk to the room.”

“This location is the most layed back luxury hotel on the North River just outside of all the commotion. This view of the river is so wide, that it's unreal that 2 blocks down it's tourist chaotic. Maybe 8 minute walk down to the original main drag along the river. Come back to an absolute gorgeous view. If you are a couple that wants a premium room to get away so easily, please look into THE VUE.”

“Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no breakfast options but we knew that ahead of time so we brought our own. In a good location really big pool. We didn’t use, but it looked nice.”

“Upon checking in our rooms were not cleaned. The rooms we requested were not available. Room had anew code entry the receptionist wrote down code. We came back at 10:30 pm could not get in our room . Called the front office no one avaliable. Called the cell # we were provided no answer after multiple calls no return call. We called the local police to see if they could help us. They tried to call several times on number provded, still no answer after about an hour i received a text saying the……

“Clean room”

“We stayed on a Saturday during the off season in late April so they didn’t have a lot of customers. This was the cheapest hotel with good reviews so that’s why we booked it. Check in was quick. Room was clean. Air conditioner did have a slight musky smell at first but it either went away or we got used to it. Pool was open and clean. Overall, it did the job for why we were there. ”
