“far exceeded our expectations! The parking was simpler than some prior reviews made it sound like.Same as the elevator. Hot tubs were very nice. Only downside was the sauna was under maintenance during our stay. Other than that, the proximity to the hill and overall comfiness of the unit made it a proper 5/5 stay!”

“I was very pleased with this unit. It had everything i needed. I will certainly stay here again on future trips. The management was very quick and helpful in response to questions. This unit even had AC--not too many have that and it was very comfortable.Can't go wrong staying here while enjoying Steamboat!”

“The view is amazing. Place is a little smaller than expected but was fine for me and the hubs. Very clean and had EVERYTHING you would need. The location was great for activities. Closer to shopping and not far from downtown. ”

“There were a few maintenance issues that did not cause any real problems for us but need attention. The bed supports look like they could give way in the future, the bathtub drain needed to be cleared to drain properly, and we could not find a drain stopper for the kitchen sink. The hot tub (not part of the unit) was not clean, and only 2 of the jets appeared to work.”

“Wonderful place and location in the hills with a great overlook view! Perfect for my son and I while we were in town and a great value. Host immediately replied in communication and was very accommodating. Easy check-in, amenities and check-out!”

“As advertised. Great for solo or couple looking for a close-in location extremely convenient to the mountain gondolas. Maybe a 10-min walk or so. I did it with ski boots. Park on site. ”

“The location a short walk from the base of the mountain is definitely the selling point of this rental. It’s small, which is to be expected of a studio, but the space is arranged nicely and there are plenty of hooks for your snow gear. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (toaster, plates and silverware, etc.). The parking pass was waiting on the counter when we checked in via the lockbox. Overall it was a perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again.”
