Book with confidence

Posted Aug 8, 2017
Pros: Staff was wonderful and helpful, the breakfast was above average. The property was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Get the 31 Flavors next door to deliver, save me a walk.
Location: I was there for Kids and Grand kids, but there is the river, shopping, and small town America.
The Hotel is central to everything Clarkston and exactly where we needed to be for Kids and Grand kids. The second stop on our vacation and it was a pleasant change from the filth we found in the previous hotel in Idaho. The property was well maintained, the pool was clean and inviting and our room was close to everything. A busy place, I guess the secret is out. This is the best value in the state of Washington. Book with confidence.

Ok price quality

Posted Jul 17, 2017
Nice room, walking distance to Snake River. Nice pool and jacuzzi, very good and hearty breakfast. A little noisy from road construction, but if you turn on the AC you can't hear anything anyway ( even the TV). Fridge was keeping everything cold but was missing a leg and opening the door was a challenge.

No water

Posted Jul 10, 2017
I travel a lot for work and often times stay in best Western hotels, this occasion was personal and I was very disappointed. The room condition the staff everything was decent, although we had no water. I got up in the morning to prepare to leave and the water coming out of the faucet was barely drizzling. One point it just stopped altogether. I went to try and take a shower and the same held true for the shower and the tub. There was not enough water pressure to even take a shower. It took about 20 minutes to fill the tub about 2 inches so that I could wash my kids off before we left the hotel. I told the maintenance guy on the way out with the issue was and he indicated that he was aware that they had an issue. He stated they were fighting with the city to determine what the problem was and when three people took a shower at the same time there would be no water. I told him I was very unhappy with the fact that they would not disclose that when I checked in. He indicated that it didn't happen all the time just sometimes. He said he could fix it for me so I could return and take a shower although I was already packing my luggage to my car. I received no indication that they would give me a refund or any compensation for the fact that I had no water in my room.

First, I would like to thank you for your feedback. The feedback that we receive is crucial in providing the best guest experience possible The fact that you posted as "anonymous" seriously limits my ability to identify you as our guest so that we can rectify any inconvenience that may have occurred during your stay. Unfortunately, you did not receive the full and detailed explanation of the problem from the maintenance staff, and I apologize for that. The pressure issue was an intermittent problem, that had no rhyme or reason as to when it would occur that made it difficult to trace. The issue was being addressed and has since been remedied. I hope that you will give us another chance to give you the guest experience that we are well known for at the Best Western Rivertree Inn.

I always stay here when in Clarkston/Lewiston

Posted May 25, 2017
Pros: Always clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Close to shopping, dining and the river.
Cons: A little more parking would be nice.
Location: Close to the river and also shopping, dining, golf and services.
This place never leaves me disappointed. This is my preferred hotel of choice in the area.

Quiet hotel

Posted Apr 25, 2017 on Orbitz
Cons: The hotel was and did not seem noisy, but the parking is a limited.
Location: Restaurant options are limited in Clarkston. IT is about 30-40 minutes from Pullman WA and Moscow ID. The Snake River canyon is not far away.
Although the hotel seems a bit worn, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast good.
