Furniture was well worn. Staff told me there was new furniture on order. What they were using to clean for Covid destroyed the chairs in the room?. Breakfast meat was also questionable. Nice soaps and shampoos provided.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the past fifty years in all fifty states and most every Canadian province. This place rates as the single worst hotel experience I have had. Mainly it was because the indoor swimming pool is at/under the windows of several guest rooms. Amplified noises from the pool (think "singing in the shower" times twenty) are unbelievably loud. Couple that with incredibly bright pool ceiling lights that also shine into guest rooms. Additionally, the door between the pool and lobby hall slams shut and bounces two more times which pounds the guest room walls/floor, Lastly, people were in the pool all day between 8:00 am until just after 10:00 pm. All this adds up to being unable to sleep or hear the television or concentrate on work stuff. If you stay here and want a quiet place, ask for a room far away from the pool.

So the property this property I paid two nights for would not except my chime card as a security deposit when i already paid for my rooms so the cancel my rooms then still charged me. Expedia you are at fault on this as well because you were contacted 3 time and did nothing to solve it when you said you did

Our room was very clean and comfortable....especially the bed! Overall nice decor, with the only exception being an old, ugly couch (arm rests worn and ripped). If this sofa was not in the room it would be a very, very nice room! Great shower! Good breakfast choices!

Is an older motel with individual rooms having access directly from the outside. The bed was super comfy. Room was clean as were the linens/towels. TV worked great to watch the NCAA basketball tournament.The bottom of the door to our room however had a gap that my fingers could slide under the door to outside of the room. I stuffed the bottom by the floor so no outside air or bugs could get in tho...

We were barely able to sleep. Semi trucks were coming and going throughout the night. Starting engines, airbreaks, backup alarms. They used the parking lot for getting required rest, we assume.
