Hotel elevator door wouldn't open at ground level. Had to go up a floor and back down to ground level to get the door to open. A little scary. The breakfast buffet was unsatisfactory. The juice machine wasn't working, the fruit labeled "fresh" was canned, the "ham" was some kind of pressed meat (Spam?), the cooked eggs were plastic-like. Not a good breakfast!

A night stay on our way home from a Florida vaca

After traveling for 8 1/2 hrs on our way home from Fl.. encountering bad thunder storms w heavy rain , this was a welcome rest for us and our check in person was exceptional. Can't remember her name but cashier #3235 was on our receipt. Can't beat it.........wonderful.

Close to interstate

Pros: Everything!
Cons: A little noisy but that could just be rude people.
Location: It was close to our family.
Nice, clean room. Loved that we didn't have to pay extra for workout room (some others charged more). Excellent breakfast included. Will definitely stay here again when in town!!!

Good hotel for a night.

Overall, good hotel. Front desk staff, friendly and nice. Pool, small, size of a Jacuzzi, square. Doors to enter and exit the building need a little more security, did not lock like it should have.

Nice Hotel

Overall nice stay. Pool was a big let down, pictures on line I feel were misleading. Also first night called for not having hot water, attitude from front desk was a so what. Said they could not move us because we booked through Expedia. I was able on my own to get hot water, by putting valve on cold setting, very dangerous for small children to be scalded.

Waterboarding

Everything was fine until we started to go to bed. We realized the roof was leaking directly over our bed. By the looks of the ceiling as well as the headboard of the bed this wasn't the first time. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms. I said well we cant stay here like this. The clerk said he had a room where the tv didn't work. I said that would have to do. He never even came up to the room to check on the situation or offer to help move our belongings in the middle of the night. In fact the only thing he "offered" was that we couldnt get a discount because we used Expedia. I never even asked for a discount. This hotel was awful and I will never use a Country Inn & Suites again.

Great hotel!

The staff at this hotel was wonderful, the girl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The room was decent for the price, the pool was warm and the breakfast was great! When we entered our room there was a very strange, strong smell that was very unpleasant but after turning the fan on for a little while it went away. We couldn't figure out why the remote wouldn't work for the tv. After calling down to the front desk you actually have to plug something into the tv for it to work?! Weird. And they should tell you that. There also isn't a hot tub which is a big bummer! But overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

near all the restaurants in clarksville

Pros: location and room
Cons: took credit card for any extras did not get any reciept showing i did not owe anything, said i did not said the don' t give receipts.
Location: there 1 day and it rained all day.
VISITED FAMILY , RAINED ALL DAY DID NOT DO MUCH OTHER THAN VISIT.
