A really nice updated hotel

This Country Inn has the biggest lobby I've ever seen at this chain. Room was really clean, quiet, and breakfast was great.

Pros: Close to the business I needed to visit.
Cons: Tough to find off the main road therefore better signage would be helpful.
Location: Close to many restaurants
The hotel staff was very pleasant however they didn't know the area very well and couldn't give a suggestion for a place to eat. I wondered out and realized that there were a tremendous amount of restaurants nearby therefore it wasn't a big deal.

Room was very fine. The check in and out process was very quick and handled nicely by the staff. The breakfast option and food provided a nice variety and plenty to choose from.

Large hotel in the process of being updated

We were coming home from Asheville and this was a good "in the middle" stop in Clarksville. The Hotel is in the process of being redone/updated and the finishes were nice. The front desk clerk was very nice but she was swamped and didn't have any help.I felt sorry for her. They had 5 or 6 reservations for the night which was manageable but I found out the next morning they had 20 walk ins to stay. Our room was nice but the air conditioning in room 232 was not working well. I had already been downstairs due to the remote for the TV needing batteries and the pop machines were not stocked so we lived with the air conditioning. Once everything is updated things may settle down

Quiet, close to stores and highway.

Pros: The king suite. The hotel room was well designed.
Cons: Nothing at this time.
Location: Close to highway, but you can not hear the cars at night. That's good. Close stores and restaurants.
There is free breakfast. You have many options to choose from. There is plenty parking spaces. The hotel is clean and has a swimming pool. Free wi-fi. Stores and restaurants to shop and eat.

Very Sterile Hotel not very homey but comfortable

Great everything was great great staff when we first got there everyone was great I enjoyed my stay even if it was for one day it was Great I don't know what else to say

Shabby

The first room had,not been cleaned. Upgraded to suite. I understand a remodel is underway, but in meantime room 430 was painted dingy grey, Shabby furniture, sparse furnishings. Hope this is one that needs renovating

We are so sorry that you were given a non clean room at check in. Our mistake and we take full responsibility for this mistake. We are so please we were able to upgrade to once of our beautiful suites. Our rooms are newly remodel and I am sorry that you were unhappy.
