Sleep not

Hard bed and noisy area . Felt unsafe We heard lug wrench hit the ground several times heard car alarm giving a warning​ sound most of the night !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Anonymous, We apologize for the inconvenience caused by some other guest whose car was broke down and was trying hard to fix it to back on road as soon as possible. If matter was brought to the front office, our Front desk agent is trained to handle such kind of problems and would have definitely help you. Unfortunately, issue didn't reported at the desk. Pros: Good location
Cons: Get rid of bed cover with burn hole.
Location: Can't remember but close to fast food.
It was okay, but nothing outstanding. Staff was congenial and accommodating and room was fairly clean. A burn hole was very visible on bed cover, in a nonsmoking room. That visual effect really turned me off.

Big aggravation!

Well first of all I thought I was booking a room with a Jacuzzi because that is what your picture showed. When my boyfriend went to check into the room, as he arrived before I did, the girl working at the front desk was completely rude. She immediately became offensive when he returned to tell her the dilemma after going to the room and seeing it wasnt what we thought we booked. She spoke over him and wouldn't let him speak at all. I heard the entire thing because he was on the phone trying to tell me what was going on. He told her several times that he wasn't soeaking to her that he was on the phone and she continued to speak loudly at him and became angry. He asked to speak to her authority and the owner came and spoke to him. He was much nicer. He explained that the Jacuzzi room wasnt available to book on Hotels.com. He did offer it to us for a discounted rate but we ended up just keeping the room we had. I'm still not understanding why you all have the pictures of a room with a jacuzzi if that is not what is being offered on your sight. Those pictures caused alot of problems that could have been avoided if they were not there to be misleading.

Hotel close to Interstate

Pros: Clean, safe, and many restaurants near by. Breakfast was satisfactory- continental with sausage, biscuits and gravy
Cons: a few of the towels were stained- but not dirty
Location: close to Interstate
Rating based on a review of an economy facility that meets reasonable standards for such a facility. It was clean, safe and assess-able.

Nicely surprised

Nice location. Comfy and convenient. Quick stop over to Bristol Baby!!! Close to Dunkin Donuts (coffee!!!) And stores nearby. Shoneys within walking distance of hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend Shoneys! We miss not having any. This was the best one on our whole trip.
