Pretty good hotel!

It was a great place to stay. Surrounded by food choices all within walking distance! Room was clean and pool was amazing! My only problem was the beds! They were so hard! Other than that great stay!

2 night bed away from home

Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: not to allow trucks to park beside the driveway around hotel
Location: was close for family we were visiting
Coffee maker in room had no pot. Kleenex type tissues were not easily accessed. bath tub had NO stopper. Shower was alright but tub bath would be nicer.. and pool looked inviting but required more money. It was close to family we were visiting.

During recent up grade at the property, Hotel has replaced all coffee maker with new kind of 1 cup coffee maker in all rooms for better guest satisfaction and considering better hygiene condition for the hotel guests. This kind of coffee machine does NOT require coffee pot, in place it require to put a coffee cup in the machine to make 1 cup coffee each time freshly brewed. There is no need of coffee pot and each time guest have fresh coffee. For any issue, our guest service agent are well trained to help our guest for any issue. We sincerely appreciate your feedback. It provides us with the information needed to correct problems and improve the services we offer our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to provide accommodations for you in the future and show you how your remarks were used constructively. Kind regards,

Terrible experience

Pros: indoor pool
Cons: get rid of Neal at front desk!!! breakfast could be improved also.
Location: right in the middle of everything. walmart, Kroger, dollar stores ,lots of places to eat and nice area
for the price my room was clean but bed was terrible and hard. had an indoor pool that was clean and decent size but could be a little warmer. another guest informed me to check my bank card that they had charged her 7 times, so I checked my account and there were extra charges on my account and my bank account had been overdrawn bc I had brought all cash with me and only left enough in the account that covered the hotel. the manager agreed to return my money for the extra charges but refused to pay any overdraft fees, told me it wasn't his fault I don't have money in my account, he (Neal) was very rude and terrible costumer service. This was a terrible experience and I would not go back to this hotel based on the costumer service by itself... it was a mistake made by them and they would not fix it.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: House keeping. Staff. Facility.
Location: Location is good but stay someplace else
An empty beer bottle in the room. Old sandwich in the trash. A bed that looked slept in. Bedding that might have been clean. Towels that were too thin and no more than face towels. Staff that paid no attention to our concerns. Not even an apology or we will fix that issue. We had booked 4 nights and left after 2. I would have moved out sooner but could not. There are better places near by for no more $.

Really needs improvement

Location: Good location. Lots of stores and restaurants near by
The staff were nice but the facilites were run down. Our blankets had holes in them and the sheets and mattress covers had stains. The carpet was dirty when we got there and remained dirty the whole time. (Obviously, they don't sweep floors when they make the beds). The bathroom was pretty old and the walls in the whole room were dirty. With so many hotels near by, I would never stay here again.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. But nice staff and happy they allow pets.
