Great for staying near Ozarks

Great for staying right outside the Ozark National when you don't want to camp. It's right next to Hardee's and we enjoyed evening shakes :) Beds are comfy, bathroom was clean, HBO was available on the TV, breakfast was decent with pancakes, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruit, oatmeal.

Nice hotel. Close to family.

It was a very nice hotel. Would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was yea it was clean but I felt the maids half heartily cleaned and I they felt you didn't need more towel they would restock it. And they didn't really clean the room everytime. It was very clean when we got there bit we stayed for 10 days and it just seemed like because we were there a long time they didn't clean it very well very day.

Nice close to my fishing tournament

Clean rooms and I could see my boat from my room. Staff was great and friendly.

Not the nicest Holiday Inn Express

Pros: It is close to the interstate.
Cons: Better beds and more considerate desk staff.
Location: Nothing close except the highway.
First we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back. When he finally came out they had the wrong type of room. We requested an handicap accessible room and they had us on one of the upper floors and not handicap accessible. When I asked for a handicap room the person at the desk kept saying I hadn't requested one. Finally got the room. Only had one very uncomfortable chair and my husband and I both woke up the next morning with back pain.

Good Hotel

we loved this hotel. The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I wished they had was an indoor pool.
