Entire building smelled like cigarettes.Posted Oct 8, 2015
Cons: Enforce the No Smoking rule. Update the rooms
Office closed from 9pm-9am. Not sure then if anyone is on site. Entire building, hallways, room, lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. We all had headaches from the smoke smell in our room. All rooms that we saw had a No Smoking sign on the door. Rooms need to be updated. Bathtub/shower creaked.

Close to Austin PeayPosted Oct 6, 2015
Pros: Comfort and price.
Location: We went up as vacation to be near our granddaughter who attend Austin Peay. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Although the hotel did not have some amenities of others, the rooms were clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, the personnel we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend it and would stay again.

Bed was super comfortable, quite clean.Posted Sep 24, 2015
Pros: They were kind to upgrade us to a suite, and it was quiet and very pleasant.
Cons: Carpet needed to be shampooed in our room, but the steps in the hallway were clean, w/ is a good sign.No breakfast. No one at front desk at night.
A very good value, loved the silky sheets and comfy bed. Suite was very spacious, well-furnished, clean. Quiet.

Hotel StayPosted Jul 20, 2015
Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom a little small, but clean. No issues. Great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Only issue I had is office only operates from like 9am to 10 or 11 pm THEN CLOSES. They have a number for you to call for issues or emergencies, but I thought that was ridiculous that they CLOSED. One note...a large part of the facility is used as extended stay so you could run into issues with noise from kids, but I didn't experience that on my floor.

Its not customer service friendlyPosted Jul 15, 2015
We checked in after 10pm and there were problems with the TV and there wasn't anyone to call to fix the problem. The bed was suppose to be a queen but had to be a full. extremely uncomfortable. I called about the TV at 7:30 am the next morning, and I was told I had to wait until the office open at 9am. Mind you the maintenance man who I reported the problem to is the one who came to my room @10:30am which is now check out time. They should have at lest adjusted the rate for my inconvenience.

Good customer service. Quiet rooms.Posted Jul 10, 2015 on Hotels
Very friendly staff. Room was clean and hotel was quiet to get a good nights rest. They had nice darkening curtains on the windows to keep out the street lights. It was away from the freeway so we didn't hear any street traffic. Overall good experience.

Old Smelly Hotel in ClarksvillePosted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Price, and last minute availability. Overall a 2 and not a 1 because the beds and linens were bright white and smelled clean.
Cons: Staff service, drywall multiple places in the room, molding rotting and falling off, terrible smoke smell.
Location: Great location off Exit 4 in Clarksville, TN near shopping and food. Good part of town to stop in if you are travelling through.
Booked on Expedia last minute at $70 for 2 queen beds. My normal chain was full. Showed up at 830pm (check in available until 10pm currently but is changing to 9pm soon), but the office was locked and no one was there. I called the number on the door and a guy came in from outside where he said he had been talking in the parking lot to his friend about a new car. The 1st room was one bed (we had 3 people) so I was glad I checked it before we left for a late dinner and the office was still open. The 2nd room had 2 beds but had a very strong air freshener smell which quickly gave us a headache. We unplugged the air freshener and the smoke smell took over, very nasty! Smelled like years of smoking even though it was labeled a non-smoking room (rm 130). The bathroom molding was broken and falling off the wall, and the counter and sink had yellow spots that looked like nicotine stains. Carpet felt wet to the touch, so I kept my shoes on. Overall a 2 and not a 1 because the beds and linens were bright white and smelled clean.
