Bad experience

Checking in was a nightmare. Room wasn't ready at the check in time of 3pm. Hotel was overbooked. Front desk staff not the best. I would not recommend staying here.

Thank you for your important feedback. We are sorry you had an issue at check in. The hotel has been virtually full for quite awhile and some guests wait to the last minute to check out resulting in our housekeeping staff to fall behind: therefore, check in can be delayed.

Nice Hotel Close to everything

A very nice experience and a great breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly.

Nightmare check in

Wonderful staff. Nice, comfortable and clean room. Adequate amenities. Worst check in of anywhere I've ever been. Long wait, room not ready. Poor excuses for delay.

Dear Kathie, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback bout your stay. We are pleased you enjoyed the stay, but am very sorry check in took so long. The hotel has been heavily occupied for weeks, and some checkouts leave as late as they can resulting in a delay to clean the rooms. This is not an excuse , but the reality of the situation. Our staff works very hard to get everything ready for our guests as close to check in time as possible. Thank you for your business.

Nightmare

Cons: Too much to write.
The bed broke when my grandson sat on it. The door had to be kicked to open. Drunk college kids threw up in the pool where my grand kids couldn't swim (which was the whole reason we booked this hotel.) I called the manager and he won't take my calls or return them.

Thank you for your important feedback. I am sorry you had less than a satisfactory stay. It is unfortunate that some guests ignore the rights of other guests to enjoy their stay. When an incident happens like at the pool the hotel has no choice but to shut down the pool for safety reasons and not open until it is properly cleaned. As for the bed, I am very sorry. We have just replaced all the full size beds with queen size beds.

Would have been much better if Expedia wouldn’t have screwed up my name. It took an extra five minutes to find and correct YOUR error.

Pretty close to I 24. Lots of road noise. Decor could be updated. Beautiful lobby and very friendly staff. Did not stay the night.

Our hotel is under renovation. We have fully renovated 77 of our rooms, the restaurant, and the lounge. We will finish the rest of the rooms in September.

Great staff. Clean and comfortable conditions.

The only complaint I had was the loud group of teens running up and down the walkways. But it was spring break and not really an issue with the hotel itself. The pool was beautiful but in an odd place right off the eating and lobby area out in the open. Didn't feel like I wanted to subject the rest of the travelers to a sight of this old lady body while they were eating and relaxing so I didn't swim. Staff was very courteous. Liked the hotel so much on our way South that we purposefully chose to stay six days later on our way back home.

When we attempted to check in the motel had no record of or expected visit. Once our reservations had been clarified and confirmed the stay was excellent. I have no idea why they had no clue that we were coming. It was helpful to have our Expedia confirmation information with us to aide them in clarifying the confusion.

Unfortunately there are times when third party reservations from companies like Expedia do not sync with a hotel reservation system. These reservations are then faxed over which can result in a lost reservation or confusion. I am happy it was able to be worked out and that you still had an excellent stay. Right off the highway with lots of dining options near by - only stayed one night due to travel, but would stay there again.

Great value hotel

Staff are great folks. Breakfast is outstanding. Drinks at bar are a little steep, but bartender is very nice. My 3rd stay in the past year. Will stay again for sure.
