Nice, clean, affordable hotel near hospital and lots of food options. Super friendly staff who went above and beyond my expectations. Best hotel in Clarksville for this kind of price.

Check in was at 4 but we got there a little early and was able to get our room right away! We would definitely stay again.

What one would expect for rate. The smell was significantly unpleasant; otherwise, was tolerrable for a quick stop of 10 hours. Very cordial staff.

I didn't expect this chain to be as nice as it was. Of course the rooms were on the sparse side, but they were clean and comfortable...perfect for the price paid. I would stay here again.

hotel not bad staff needs to be trained

This was my second stay here I stay because it is convient to my work, will not stay again. I selected king smoking room desk clerk confirmed my stay after I sit in lobby for 15 min while she told the customer before me about her up coming trip to FL, once I was signing receipt I was booked in non smoking room and ask her to change it to smoking, where she told me to call expedia and have them to change it. contacted expedia they called the hotel and after 20 min I went back in hotel to watch clerk put expedia on hold and tell her cash customer that he was more important than customers that booked online, she refused to change my room to smoking unless I contacted expedia but did tell me about giving her cats baths and her soon too be xhusband hetting 5000 credit card. expedia was fast on contacting the hotel and came back on the line to confirm with me when I walked in the lobby clerk was irritated that phone kept ringing picked up phone and told expedia I was sitting in the lobby and the customer at the counter was more important than me that id her boss looked at the camera and seen her on the phone she would be in trouble yet the first time i checked in she kept me waiting for 20 min while she was on the phone. she gave me a double room in blace of my king and called it fixed

Quiet, with extremely nice staff. Clean towels and fresh linens. Quick light breakfast.

I love the jet tub I really wish there was a coffee pot in the room but other than that my stay was great I really enjoyed my stay
