"The only bad thing is that they don’t validate parking for their garage. You have to pay the parking on top of paying for your stay. Seems ridiculous when you’re spending that amount for a room "

"Super clean and very convenient parking. Hotel attendants and comfort staff were top notch. This property will be first on my list when staying in Louisville. All conveniences checked the boxes. "

"This was the second time that we've stayed at this Best Western. The only problem we had the first time was the electronic keys weren't working, but that problem has been fixed, so there were no complaints and had a nice evening, fairly quiet (close to highway) and the rooms are nice and clean. We will definitely stay there again if we have the need. Breakfast is very good as well, and close to lots of restaurants and shopping."

"I have been a fan of Embassy Suites since a family trip to California when I was 7. I remember sitting with my grandpa enjoying a virgin pina colada fondly. To compare, I went to Disney while in California and I barely remember that. I try to stay at Embassy Suites when I travel because it is such a comforting place. Keep up the good work!"
