Beds are a little too hard

I arrived on Monday the 4th front desk personnel was crabby I paid for another night on Tuesday December 5th because I have business to take care of and it is economical for the price

Clean Roon

The hotel is clean and affordable and close to L'ville. The staff is helpful.

Rough. Get what you pay for I guess.

Pros: Price I guess, not much more.
Cons: More staff, better upkeep.
Location: Lots of food in the area, a little seedy though. Adult movie and bookstore two doors down. Not the best area.
A friend and I stayed at the Clarksville, Indiana location this past weekend and were very disappointed. When we got there to check in, there was no one at the desk, We got someone there, but then noticed the entire floor/elevator smelled terrible. Someone cooked food and the entire floor smelled like it and stayed that way. Got to the room and the lights weren't working correctly in the bathroom and the air conditioner was noisy. Last, when we checked out, there again was no one available at the desk and we had to call and try to get a hold of someone to see what we needed to do. Just wanted to say how disappointed we were.

Affordable accomodations

The room was clean. Beds are only full size and matresses were just ok.

Rudest staff. Made promises that werent kept. Unknown additional fees. Dangerous neighborhood. Obvious drug users roaming the property at all hours

You almost get what you paid for?

The price per week was appealing as we were in our second week of house hunting and didn't want to break the bank. We weren't expecting a room with a sticky tacky layer of something coating all the flat services. Previous experiences at extended stay hotels lead me to assume (yeah, I know) basic kitchen utensils would be available, they were not. I was also assuming basic things like a trash can or batteries in the remote would be provided. In fairness, I'm guessing we could have gotten batteries, but I didn't ask after the chuckle I got when asking about dishes. We ended up going to the local market for cleaning supplies and going over the whole room before feeling somewhat confident letting the toddler roam. Maybe I was naive expecting a decently cleaned space, but I would not recommend.

Beds are terrible

Need to spend a little more extra on some better mattresses . Felt like sleeping on just springs.

It was a bad experience.. was hot.. ask to have the ac fixed never got fixed.. asked to be moved to another room wouldn’t give me another on.. continued to complain about the room would accommodate me
