Smells like a bar

The smoke smell was so bad our clothing smelled when we got ready in the mornings. There were receipts from April (this was June) on the floor of the room.

Hotel Stay

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel needs a makeover- Lighten up the rooms, get rid of dark drapes, walls and carpet and service the air conditioning units periodically.
Location: It was right off the beltway. Advertises close to the airport but it's about a 15-20 minute drive (and that was at 5 a.m. and no traffic.
Hotel was dark and dated- Room had a musty odor and the a/c unit had layers of dust in the blower grill. Carpet looked like something from the 70's and was in need of shampooing. Parking lot was in need of repaving and clean up. There was litter around the lot in the parking spaces. Watched a housekeeper walk right by a bag of trash at the border of the walkway/parking space and just left it. All in all, overpriced and under maintained.

I chose this hotel because of the ratings by other customers but the room was dirty and furniture in poor condition. The hotel itself was is some disrepair and though very close to my office it was not worth the money.

Room was not made up one day and almost 2nd day if I hadn’t have called. Asked for some compensation for room inconvenience and mgr never contacted me. Staff was not very friendly at all.

cheapest in town

over priced for conditions of the hotel and room. shower head was extremely loose, towel rack was coming off the wall hot tub/Jacuzzi they advertised wasn't working and pool was being renovated.

Decent hotel, staff could be more friendly.

We arrived around 4 am with a scheduled room and notified the hotel ahead of time that we would be a late check in. They had everything ready for us but the worker didn’t seem pleased with having to deal with customers at 4 am, not sure if I woke her up or what the case was. The room was decent for the price, clean and okay comfort for the bed. The breakfast was a joke though

Staff is helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious! Would stay there again.

I rarely complain about a hotel but this one was awful. Had to change keys twice before they made one that worked, room smelled horrible, pillows were stinky also, had to unplug lamps for an outlet for my phone and computer, and more. Could not wait to get out of there.

Great Staff!

Hotel staff are very kind and considerate! Room was older but clean. There was no hot water and the water was rust colored. When staff asked about it they were very nice and apologetic. Unable to stay for remainder of reservation due to these problems. Once they get this problem fixed, I would stay there again.
