Room was not made up one day and almost 2nd day if I hadn’t have called. Asked for some compensation for room inconvenience and mgr never contacted me. Staff was not very friendly at all.

cheapest in town

over priced for conditions of the hotel and room. shower head was extremely loose, towel rack was coming off the wall hot tub/Jacuzzi they advertised wasn't working and pool was being renovated.

Decent hotel, staff could be more friendly.

We arrived around 4 am with a scheduled room and notified the hotel ahead of time that we would be a late check in. They had everything ready for us but the worker didn’t seem pleased with having to deal with customers at 4 am, not sure if I woke her up or what the case was. The room was decent for the price, clean and okay comfort for the bed. The breakfast was a joke though

Great Staff!

Hotel staff are very kind and considerate! Room was older but clean. There was no hot water and the water was rust colored. When staff asked about it they were very nice and apologetic. Unable to stay for remainder of reservation due to these problems. Once they get this problem fixed, I would stay there again.

Not Worth the Price

Cons: Needs update, better maintenance, better parking, and a more complete breakfast.
Location: A few good restaurants nearby. Other than that it’s just a stopover near the airport.
Apparently the demand from oil industry workers has escalated the price of accommodations. This was the most economical for this couple simply traveling through. The parking was not adequate for the number of big pick-ups there. Hotel is showing its wear. Worst part was NO HOT WATER in our room, in addition to lamps that did not work and a slow unsecured Wi-Fi.

Nightmare Hotel

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Just about everything.
Location: I was only there overnight. There appeared to be some restaurants relatively close by but since I had dinner plans I didn't go to them.
The hotel was not within the stated distance from the venue I was attending. It was much further away. Paint was pealing off the outside of the door. There wasn't any hot water the next morning when I wanted to take a shower. Parking was almost obsolete. The free breakfast consisted of stale rolls and there was only one half cup of coffee left at 8 a.m. The ice machine wasn't working properly. The water that came out of the faucet was brown. The drink vending machine didn't offer much of a selection. I wouldn't recommend that anyone stay there. The price wasn't cheap. It was moderate so I thought that it would be a decent place to stay. Well that was wrong.

Reasonable room rate for the area and decent

Pros: Room rate
Rooms are hard to come by at a reasonable rate in Midland. The rate is ok and the rooms are decent.

Given a non smoking room that smelled like smoke, lights did not work, phone did not work, used towels left by previous guests still in my room.
