    This property is located in Spicer Bay, Clayton, NY. It's between Fishers Landing and Clayton, NY. You will have access to a small beach with chairs and a picnic table! Two bedrooms and one bath make up this newly remodeled trailer. Fully furnished with linens and towels included. It's rustic and budget friendly... but very clean! Also included: Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, Cable, Netflix, A/C, Heat, Linens, beach access, dock access for fishing. We also have KAYAK RENTALS ON SITE - $20.00 per day rental fee which includes the use of the life jacket. If you're looking for a boat rental we have one! 20' Neptune Sunbird fishing boat w/ 150 horse engine In season price from Memorial Day to Labor Day Single Day - $200 Week - $1,000 We also have dock slips for rent! $150 per week or $25 per day! IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFOREHAND. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO FIND YOU A DOCK SLIP IF YOU WANT TO RENT ONE. ($25 per day / $150 per week). IF YOU "DON'T WANT TO RENT A DOCK SLIP" AND JUST WANT TO PULL YOUR BOAT IN AND OUT OF THE WATER YOU'RE MORE THAN WELCOME TO DO THAT AT NO CHARGE. WE HAVE A BOAT LAUNCH ON SITE. THINGS TO DO: Boldt Castle: This castle is located on Heart Island on the St. Lawrence River. It's accessible by boat or car (cross over the Thousand Island Bridge and travel to the Boldt Castle Yacht House to catch the shuttle). You can take Uncle Sam Boat Tours if your located in Alex Bay, NY or Clayton Island Tours if you're located in Clayton, NY. Singer Castle: This castle is located on Dark Island on the St. Lawrence River. It's accessible by boat only. You can also use Uncle Sam Boat Tours or Clayton Island Tours. Thousand Island Bridge: American Span: Pedestrians may cross the American Span of the Thousand Islands Bridge using the sidewalk on the west side of the bridge (adjacent to southbound lanes) and is only open during daylight hours. Parking is available at the 1000 Islands Welcome Center located at the mainland end of the bridge. The walkway is about one mile in total length and provides a scenic view upriver toward Clayton and the Rock Island lighthouse. Walkers should proceed with appropriate caution at their own risk. Canadian Span: Pedestrians may cross the Canadian Span of the Thousand Islands Bridge using the sidewalk on the west side of the bridge (adjacent to southbound lanes) and is only open during daylight hours. Parking is available at the Canadian Toll Center on the North End of the Bridge and on Hill Island before crossing the Bridge. The walkway is about is about one kilometer in total length and provides a scenic view of the St. Lawrence River and surrounding islands including the Canadian Channel. Walkers should proceed with appropriate caution at their own risk.

        Great place!

        We thought the place was better than the pictures showed. Quiet park, beautiful views of the St. Lawrence river, and a quick walk from the residence. Host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions about using the fireplace. Highly recommend!
