Location is amazing to shops, cafes and restaurants and to Melbourne Park. Only one comment to make but was partially rectified by a nice cleaner. We were told that apartments are serviced Monday to Friday and despite having please service card on our door on Friday, this never happened. On Saturday I saw a cleaner on our floor and explained that our room was not serviced, and we had been out most of the day. He supplied us with fresh towels etc, changed rubbish bags, supplied teabags. so we were happy with this. Maybe the cleaners need to be more astute re cleaning.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the Melbourne lanes, close to great cafes and restaurants and close to a host of train routes. Despite the proximity to bars it was very quiet due to reunforced closed windows. On the negative side, the bathroom fittings were rickety and overall the place was a bit shabby. However, the positives far outweigh the negative. I woukd definitely book here again

Excellent location right next to Degraves St cafe strip and short walk to Mall and train and tram stops. Great service. Only two issues let down the room - the wet bathroom didn't drain well and had no ventilation and the TV options were limited and had poor reception (which wasn't much of a drag for short stay but a longer stay would have made it beyond irritating).

We liked the position, close to Flinders St station. There was noisy building work nearby which annoyed us. The housekeeping was excellent, with daily renewal of cosmetics and consumables. Overall, a pleasant stay.
