amy was the counter person in charge we got in a mlittle early so there were no ready for at least a couple hours so we waited while amy got the cleaning staff to hustle it up so instead of posably two hour wait yurned in to a half an hour all the while kept us informed witt a big smile smile on her fase she was awsom under presure made it a great stay even it was only one nite thank you for having a great staff keep it up dont let any get away especialy amy.

Checking in was smooth with friendly staff. The room was mostly clean, a little dusty in spots but overall nice and roomy. I was disappointed that the exercise room was being renovated and I couldn’t use it.

This is the WORST hotel EVER! Front end manager wanted to beat up my husband. He went chasing after him and said come on, hit me. I couldn’t get an Uber fast enough to get the hell out of there

The staff was awesome, very friendly and efficient. Some items didn’t work well, key card reader was touchy, AC was very cold, shower had hard water stains. Other guests were nice and quiet, even the little kids! I would stay again. Good value.

I liked the kitchenette area and the really large desktop area. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue I had was that the sink in the bathroom sloped down so things would slide off.

We loved this hotel, nice clean kitchenette, comfortable bed, the area is good. The only reason I didn't give all stars is because we were woken up by a barking dog next door at 5am and barked for at least 15 min. Definitely ask for a room away from people traveling with dogs.

This was not a good choice for a weekend get away with my husband. Bed was too small, really think it was a full, and it had a huge dip in the center. The toilet ran all night and the fridge rattled. We canceled our second night.

The property was most convenient to our scheduled event. The hotel's check in time is 4pm but we arrived in the area at 2:45 p.m.and decided to ask if our room was available. We were informed that even if our room was available we would still need to pay $15.00 because we were earlier than the established 4p.m. check in. I must say that in all of my travels, I had never been asked to pay an additional fee if we were early and asked to check in if our room was available. Never!

Pleasant stay. Room and bed were comfortable. We were missing a night stand and lamp in the room when we arrived but replacements were quickly provided. Property was conveniently located to places we were visiting. Would stay here again.

Affordable pricing and reliable hotel. Needed a good hotel last minute due to dealing with a horrible one the night prior and Simply Suites came in clutch and helped revive our vacation. I would recommend this property.

I would not stay here again. There were stains on things in our room and the toilet paper had been wet on one end and then dried, disgusting. Unsavory characters cussing in the hall. People congregating at the area by the pool in the evening (it was cold not there to swim). I was expecting something different based on the reviews it had. We slept in our clothes on top of the bedding we left as soon as we could. It was a terrible decision trying to book a place near the airport.

Hmmm - what can I say? I chose to come here for the cost of a room compared to other similar extended stay hotels in the area. And, I pretty much got what I paid for. Oftentimes the only person working in the building was the lady behind the counter. The coffee machine is in the laundromat and is often not stocked with the basics such as creamer and sugar (probably because everyone else steals them.) The gym is also in the laundromat and all of the equipment is broken except for one treadmill. There are even weights that are missing. In addition, the building and parking lot smelled like marijuana from time to time. However, overall, the room was quiet and clean, and the air conditioning worked. So if you are looking for an inexpensive room where you can be left alone for a week, and you don't need the gym and you bring your own coffee supplies, this could be the place for you.

I am totally disgusted with the hotel! After a long day of flights being cancelled I arrive at the hotel at 2:00 in the morning and get to my room and there are bodily fluids on my sheets and mold on my walls. I immediately went downstairs and told the front desk I was leaving and wanted my money back. They told me to call the third party who I booked through. Wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay there.
