This is a very tired facility. And while relatively clean, it really needs a facelift.
Our room was large, but the carpeting was old, stained as was all of the furniture.
The bed was OK, bedding and towels clean, and overall room was OK, but smelled musty.
Had 2 AC units, one was so noisy as to be called broken and had to be turned off to be able to sleep.

This location was ok. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was ok not great. The room was clean. The only thing that was absolutely filthy was the carpet in the room and in the halls. I have never seen filthier carpet. Keept my shoes or slippers on.

The carpeting was very dirty throughout and outdated overall. The tub and toilet were old, discolored and dirty.

The room was adequate size wise for my wife who was in a wheel chair. The room smelled badly as did the rest of the hotel. I was afraid to walk on the floor barefoot but the bed looked and seemed to be clean and that is what we needed the most.

This a pet friendly hotel. That’s not the issue. The issue is, a dog pooped on the floor in side the entrance. It was there for a while. Not okay.

The room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean with Dove brand soaps.
USB charging in the room and Direct TV was nice! WIFI was not secured and i was not able to use it.

The staff were very friendly and nice but the property itself is in disrepair and in major need of a renovation. The room, while clean did look it was from 1970s. Once more, great staff and service but the property is visually unappealing.

First impressions when I got to the room was good. But when I got to use the toilet, the floor was wet with water dripping from the pipeline of the toilet. So that wasn't good. But other than that they were quick to get me into another room

The property is old and not well maintained. Breakfast was well done and fresh. Nasty smell in halls and on the rainy day there were leaks in public areas

Ended up with bites on my legs after sleeping. First room smelled so bad requested another room. Next room had no chair other than rickety one by desk. No Kleenex had to request. Refrigerator made odd tinkle sound when it ran. Bathtub had top coat peeling and the peeled areas were rough. There was one wastebasket in the refrigerator area. None in bathroom or in room. The pool had only 4 functional chaise lounge chairs and there was a place to put used towels but no towels in the area. By no means did this meet Wyndham expectations.

I am sorry to hear your room was not ready upon your arrival. We were sold out that weekend with a lot of turn overs. Our staff works very hard to insure that everyone coming in has clean and welcoming room at Check-In time. please accept our apologies and your feedback is very important to us.
The lobby and parts of the hotel smelled like Marijuana. It was dirty, not up to date and we were not comfortable in our room whatsoever. It was not clean, there were stains on the carpeting, couches and sheets. There was a wet towel in the shower as well as stains on the walls and doors in the hotel room, there were fingernail clippings and more. We will never stay there again.
