Overall good, minor issues.

Overall clean, decent hotel nice. Issues: Room 208 had very little cold water in shower. The temperature ranged from very warm to scalding. Sink had plenty of cold water. Since I had rented the room solely for my family to take a shower while fixing our bathroom, I was disappointed.
Room was prepaid through Hotels.com. When front desk asked for a credit card for incidental expenses, they placed a 25 hold on the card with n o verbal or written notice. 7 days and the hold still has not been released. This is the first Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in that placed a hold on the card.
