Ok hotel, close to Clemson

Posted Nov 20, 2017
Did not realize when booking that it was a smoking room. Sink had a continuous drip and trickle and inly gad hit water. Shower had very little hot water and not much pressure.

Stayed for 2 nights because we had to.

Pros: It was the only hotel we could get in Clemson....
Cons: The hotel just needs to be refurbished. In general it's just old and hasn't been updated in a long time. The breakfast was minimal.
Location: The location is pretty good, as you are close to all in Clemson.
The hotel needs a drastic makeover, as it is extremely aged. The shower pressure varies and the breakfast was minimal.

Close to the University

Pros: Economical price
This is not a 5-star resort, so do not expect it to meet that criteria. It is an older motel and it is decent shape for it's age. The shower/toilet area was very clean! The linens were also clean and in good condition. The bedspreads could use replacing. The rooms were actually quite large. It would be a great, economical place to stay if you were attending a Clemson game, as the refrigerator and microwave with the large room makes it nice.

Game weekend hotel

Check in was pleasant. Staff was professional. You know what you are getting with this style of hotel. Not tons of extras but it definitely meets the bill for what I needed.

Motel experience was so-so

Posted Sep 13, 2017
Details: room doors open to outside, and there were people smoking, so the odor drifted into my room. Noisy from road nearby and I'm not picky about noises. As long as people have an idea what the layout is like. Facilities and staff were okay.
