The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, the only thing letting the property down was the lift, it squeaked loudly every time somone used it, no matter what floor it was going to. This started at 4am this morning, 6am yesterday. Location was good. Room service was prompt, but limited to re-heated pots."

"We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable. I had also chosen the wrong parking which was less convenient and farther away, not knowing that there was a parking directly below the hotel with a discounted rate. I just left the car where I had gone, as it was already parked, and I would have had to pay for entering anyway. Other than that, everything was just great. We loved the location, just steps away from the shopping center, multiple restaurants and just 10 min. from the cathedral, all right in the center of the city. I would definitely stay there again, especially now that I know I can park directly below the hotel."
