We stayed 1 night in way to warrior dash. We had rooms. They were clean and comfortable.

Good stay for not too much money.

Quiet, clean rooms, comfy beds, sheets, pillows, helpful staff. Needs a face lift.

The hotel is far away from restaurants and things to do in the area..

We are conveniently located off of Florida's turnpike. Restaurants are about a 10-15 minute drive from our property. We are also only about 30 min. from Disney and other major attractions via Florida's turnpike. Being a little bit away from all the Orlando commotion is usually a positive thing. I am sorry that in this case you would have rather been closer. Have a great rest of your vacation.

We have recently remodeled the interior of the property which included new beds, flat screen t.v's. The exterior of the building was being prepped for painting at the time of your arrival. We did not charge you to cancel your reservation. I am also sorry that the exterior at the time was not up to your satisfaction.

Not at all recommended to stay here. The room is in very old condition. The sofa seems be very old. Blankets are not good at all. Even the bathroom is dirty and not in good condition.

A place to sleep !

Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: Better furnishings in the rooms - the bed was noisy and hard and couch/futon to gross to sit on!
Location: About 7 miles to nearest restaurants. Was in the area for a one day event.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was outdated with a hard bed and stained futon. Floor in bathroom area was sticky and dirty. The pool area was nice - breakfast was ok but not much selection. A wedding reception was taking place across the courtyard and was very noisy . Walls were paper thin. Not much to chose from in this area so you take what you can get !

I am happy to hear that our staff was accommodating. We are under the renovation process which includes new mattresses, flat screen t.v.'s, as well as new curtains and bedding to give the hotel a more modern look. We do have facilities available for rent for special occasions, but have a reasonable cut off time to ensure our hotel guests get a good nights rest. I hope you come see the changes when the renovations are complete.

Einmal und nie wieder

Hotel leider runtergekommen, zum nächsten einkauft Möglichkeit 7 km, Frühstück gab Toast und Marmelade zu auswahl, Kaffee und appelsaft. Wlan nur in Lobby. Möbel und Teppich sind mindesten so alt wie das Hotel. Pluspunkt ist Parkmöglichkeit.

You get what you pay for

The hotel is very old but room was clean and very basic. Outside is a little old and there is an abandoned part of the hotel next door that was a little scary. Hotel was almost empty and we were put at the back of the property where it was very dark.

DON'T GET A ROOM HERE!

The biggest concern was there were a lot of sketchy wandering around and the deadbolt on the door to the room did not line up with the clip, so there was no way to deadbolt the door. They also charged a $75 room usage fee in case there was damage, and assured us they would reimburse that to her account "in three to four days". If we had known that would happen, we would never have booked the room for her. We will never go there again-lousy!!!

I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your stay at Days Inn & Suites Clermont. We do require guests booking through 3rd parties(Expedia) to provide a deposit for incidentals. The time frame the hold is released is strictly up to your bank. I have informed maintenance of your issues with the deadbolt. We hope you give us another try.
