I am disabled and the general manager, refused to lend me a chair to view the solar eclipse. She was very unsympathetic, unprofessional, and unhelpful. When I requested contact information to whom she reported, she refused to give it to me.

We booked a handicap accessible room but when we arrived, we found that my husband couldn't even get his wheelchair under the sink. When we asked at the desk, they gave me 2 other rooms to go look at. One was dirty and the second was not accessible. I went back and was given another list of rooms to go look at. The fifth room finally worked. I was very confused why I had to go look at the rooms. Wouldn't that be available for the front desk to see? Even the accessible room was very tight getting around and the bathroom door didn't open right for a person in a wheelchair.

Crown has a great front desk crew!! And dinner in the dining hall was great, as was the service. Also, chose this hotel because shuttle service to the airport was provided.

Our one night stay here was disappointing. First of all, the front desk clerk did not tell us that our room looked out on a very noisy, huge air conditioning unit. By the time we realized this we were settled in the room and after an all day drive were in no position to move. Refrigerator in room was also noisy and room carpet was dingy. Bathroom tap water reeked of chlorine. Bed and bedding OK and location is good. We won’t be back.

Always stay here night before flying out of CLE. Very clean rooms. Great staff and like that a restaurant/bar on premise. Just a short drive to airport.

Very typical hotel room. Nothing special. Bathroom cramped. No plastic laundry bag. Only 2 Keurig coffee pods with no complimentary lobby coffee...only water.
Recent renovation and updates to the room, plenty of parking. Close to Baldwin Wallace University, the airport, freeways and some fun restaurants / brew pubs.

Had to switch rooms because the first one had hair in the bed and the room was not clean. The second room still had hair on the bed but the overall room was cleaner.
Overall it was a good trip. I was disappointed in the age of the room and the cleanliness. The shower curtain liner bottom was very dirty or years of soap scum on it. Needs to be replaced. Also, there was no microwave or fridge in the room. Fitness center was very nice and I liked the breakfast at the restaurant.
Was disappointed when we arrived and one nite was canceled. Had to renew reservation for that one nite. Traveling from Florida to Cleveland and called the hotel and told them arrival time was delayed. Was told that was okay. Called again and told them we were still enroute and should arrive around two oclock and again was told that was fine.The clerk said that she will be there all nite. Because of rain and traffic, we arrived at 5:00 AM. The clerk said that since I made reservations thur a third party, I was not entitled to my miltary discount. Since they canceled our first nite reservation I made a the hotel
Hotel is very clean and staff is very pleasant and responsive. Only complaint is the noisy air conditioner in the room. It turns on intermittently when you run the AC, including when you are sleeping. It’s fine if you don’t need it: the hotel and surrounding area is quiet. Room is not so quiet when the AC is on though.
