My experience is not good and will never book this place again. Staff is not friendly at all. Good morning greetings should be answer as good morning. I walked to reception desk and said good morning and lady on front desk did not say anything. Breakfast also was not so great. I realized I could get much better place with same amount of money. Although this was a cheap place but staff/building/breakfast was not according to the money I paid.

Nice for the price

Decent clean hotel for the price...complainers need to remember they pd around $65 a night.. stayed one night for Browns game, will do it again

Odor

Pros: Price
Cons: Breakfast, and getting rid of musty odor
Location: We had attended an Indians game, it was conveniently close to take an Uber there and back
We had no problem with most of the 1 night stay. It was affordable. Only problems were a musty odor in the room and the breakfast choice was pretty skimpy.

Good location

Nice room with all amenities and tv. Clean room. Breakfast was good also. I enjoyed my stay.

Except for parking space, everything was poor

Location: Close to airport
Very difficult to stay, especially because of the cleanliness. The dining space was very old and dishes were spread in old equipments. The staff were kind of rude.

disappointing

pool was closed, i booked cause they offered a pool. the phone didn't work in either of the rooms. no water pressure in showers. room key stopped working after a few days. coffee wasn't replenished daily. had to move to another room cause of water pressure. Staff tried to help, but could only do so much. client there threw a soda from balcony on to my car, owner said maintance would wash it and make it look brand new. it was just rinsed off.

Lot of room issues

I booked the room for myself and my 13 and 14 year old kids for a national bowling tournament in the Cleveland area. The stay was originally from July 13 to the 22nd because if my son would have made it to the advancer round we would have to stay the night of the 21st. I booked the room a couple months in advance. Room was damp, floor was nasty so when you walked barefoot or in socks they would turn black. Fridge barely cold and didn't try to adjust because was already iced over in back. Sink faucet was either very loose or broken and barely worked. Bath faucet extremely hard to turn on, tub and shower were badly stained, long crack from light switch going up towards exhaust fan, toilet seat would turn when trying to get up, the toilet was loose and rock back and forth, every few minutes the toilet tank would refill, terrible patch jobs where shower curtain rods were and same for towel holder behind toilet. Had to ask for a 3rd bath towel couple times but quit after 2nd time. We brought towels to use for the pool but when checking in there was a sign on counter that pool was closed for repairs. Wish I would have known that because would have booked a different hotel. I booked a couple months in advance so would have been nice to know. Very small selection for breakfast. The entire staff were courteous and responsive. The maintenance person was supposed to fix the toilet but never did. Maybe after they get done with their renovations it would be a great place to stay.

Cons: Under renovation which it needs Guest laundry needs work too, needs laundry soap dispensers

Not what I expected

Pros: Nothing
Cons: everything. Some of the staff was nice but they were constrain by management.
Shower curtain was mildewed which they finally changed when I demanded it. Bathroom wasn't cleaned every day . Room wasn't cleaned one day when we returned to the hotel at 5:30 p.m. We were not able to get into our room upon returning one day and we had two more days scheduled. We were told that keeping the hotel cards and our phones in close proximity would wipe the cards. Interesting how the other days we didn't have any problem and kept the cards at the same place in our wallet or purse. Complained to the lady manager and was told that since we had a discounted rate she couldn't give us anything off our hotel bill. Will not stay at a Days Inn ever again!

Hotel under renovations.

Pros: The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Everything!
Location: The hotel was well located for restaurants. Max & Erma's was delicious.
I chose this hotel based on having a pool and breakfast included. Well when we got there the whole place was under renovations. Pool was out of service, some breakfast stuff was out of order, and when we wanted to take a shower in the morning our shower did not want to function. The staff changed our room promply. I wish I had known about the renovations earlier, I would have chosen a different location. My family only get to have a vacation once every 5 years or so and this sucked! I could of saved money else where.
